Exceptional, professional, quick service! The battery I needed for my Honda Fit was in stock, and Amin installed it within minutes of the sales transaction. He also took the time to explain the new-fangled battery to my companion. Also, during the pandemic, it's reassuring to go into a store where everyone is wearing a mask and 6 ft distance is being observed.

The Worst Autozone you can go. Horrible. I went there to change my car's battery as it kept going dead and I required to use jumper cable, The manager who was a Asian lady treated me like a lair and didn't accept to change the battery and insisted the problem is caused by alternator and even when I explained to her my car does go around when engine is running and it battery goes dead when car is turned off she didn't accept and yelled at me. I went to another Autozone and told them to check my battery and explained them what happened; they changed the battery on warranty and couldn't believe that that Lady who called herself manager had not accepted that battery is not good.

Thank you so much to Arrick what a wonderful employee.knowledgeable and amazing customer service if only the other employees were like arrick then I would recommend this place but if you ever go there ask for arrick if he’s not there just leave because the others are unprofessional and just out right liars thanks.

That place all ways have a line or you cannot find anyone the employees always have an attitude to me they look like racist

This morning I needed a battery for my car. Eric parts mgnr had excellent customer service. All the other staff members were very friendly and helpful as well.

A guy with an eye glass is always impatient and yelling at me even this morning but I didn’t want to react and be rude.

I had to share my experience with this autozone it made my day! Deandre (the employee who helped me) was beyond amazing and went out of his way to help ya girl out! IN THE RAIN.he diagnosed my battery issue and got me back up and running in the pouring down rain.the customer service was EVERYTHING in my damsel in distress moment! Hope he gets a raise or at least sees that he made someone’s day!

The staff was more than happy to assist me with all my questions and I felt their smiles were genuine. This will not be my last time at this location. The only negative to my experience, I showed up at 0730, thinking would be assisted. I was told to come back at 0800 when they had more staff available.

Friendly and fast service.
I needed a Prius headlight and wipers, had it in stock.
Autozone was able to install my wipers for me, but directed me to Firestone Auto Care to get my headlight installed correctly. The fact that these two services are only two store apart from each other (with an amazing Jamaican restaurant in between) made my life convenient and hassle free!

No body wants to give me my money back for these rotors I purchased with my debit card. Nobody has cash on hands

I like AutoZone but I don't like this store 0918 The store Manager yelling on the customer! And he couldn't speak gently and nicely. I don't know where he learned the customer service how he be a store manager!?

No customer service skills. They don't greet nor do they listen to what your needs are as far as products are involved. They will answer the phone before they handle the customers in line. Won't acknowledge that you are there, I will never go to this location again

I called to compare prices. Because i know some places to quote a price online and its not the same in store. The man i spoke to was very short and rude. I will never set foot in this store.
