Nothing but liars who work here you can call and ask if they have a part and that they put eyes on it and they'll say yes but when you get up there to buy it they tell you they don't have it. Terrible customer service

Don't bother calling and asking if they have the part you need they gonna say yes but after you drive out there to pick it up they'll tell you they don't have it

I am so happy to visit this store.a guy named TJ is the sweetest guy.he helped me replace my bulbs on my BMW that I didn't know how to replace.thank you so much sir God will bless you and I hope your job does too. I will be back for anything I need for my car.

Staff was helpful and they always have a good selection. They helped me find a few things I needed.

Man working there was just in baggy clothes no name tag. Didn't think he worked there & he gave me the wrong light bulb for my car.

I love my Advance Auto, I went for windshield wipers. I went to the Villa Rica store. A gentleman named Beau helped me. I told him what price range I wanted to stay in. I bought them and he put them on for me. He was the kindest gentleman I've come across in a while. If you need Auto stuff, try Advance Auto.

I still way for the part l order but is all good. They definitely tried the best for the customer conform

Kim the asm has some of the best customer service skills I've seen in some time. She is patient courteous and kind to every customer I saw her assist and I was in the store for an over an hour.
