Man I have been to a lot of AutoZone but I started coming here man these dudes are awesome they're the only AutoZone that will help guys I am not mechanically inclined but if you've got a light out or something you can't get to and help and I know that's not their job but they do it help you anyway awesome crew

On Sunday I was having problems with my car starting called this Autozone location and spoke with a gentleman name Johnathan he was very pleasant and helpful. He installed a new battery in my vehicle.
The staff at this location truly impressed me. Job well done!

Bald guy was unprofessional made inappropriate side comments I think he was under the influence

I pulled up with my right headlight out. This is after I had gotten pulled over and given a warning instead of a ticket. I went to another auto supply store and found no solution because was told they saw nothing in the system. I looked on maps for an Auto Zone near the area I’m currently in. Others were closing soon. This one wasn’t so I pulled up. I went in and told them my issue. Like a true blessing they came out to my assistance. Popped the hood off my car, and like professionals gave me an idea of what could have happened. Within seconds they popped the light back in place and sent me on my way.
Five stars for sure. *****

The staff is unprofessional and its a wast of time to get anything or anyone to do there jobs.

Just needed 1 motor mount. Call them said they had it on shelf. Drove from riverdale for nothing. I recommend others.

All depends on the shift. Going in there before 4pm smh redbone chick cool, that other one - she don't deserve a job in customer service. Put her in the back somewhere doing stock or cleaning bathrooms.

(NO TOOLS NEEDED) I WENT IN AFTER A LONG DAY TO AUTO ZONE AND WAS GREETED BY JOHNATHON. HIS PERSONALITY AND SENSE OF HUMOR IS EVERYTHING. BUT HIS HELPFULNESS IN GETTING MY LIGHT BULB FOR MY CAR AND PUTTING IT IN WAS GREAT AND IM SO GRATEFUL. WE NEED MORE MEN LIKE HIM TODAY. THANK U FOR BEING THERE JOHNATHON AND I WILL BE BACK FOR TWO AIR FILTERS LOL

Terrible service, horrendous attitudes, condescending tones, not at all helpful… went there for a battery change and immediately went to the advanced auto parts down the road. Don’t bother with this autozone, there’s an advanced auto parts 30 seconds down the road and they are extremely helpful… unlike this sorry excuse for an auto part store. Don’t use this autozone.

Jonathan and staff were very helpful in helping me with replacing my battery and running tests to diagnose my care issues. I really do appreciate their service!

Loved the lead at this location (Jonathan, I think). Great sense of humor and even greater practical knowledge about how to handle repairs if you're just getting started or you're advanced (it was VERY clear that Jonathan has tons of worthwhile auto experience.)

If you are going to go anywhere and you don't want a simple hand wave when you're in deep need. Go here. Talk to Jon. He'll take care of you.

Manager was very helpful in resolving a problem with my battery I previously purchased. He replaced it and checked the alternator and recommended replacement. Very good service.

Kurshawn and ron is the dreamteam i needed a battery for my honda accord and they got me in and out with the new battery installed in my car less than 5 minutes good excellent hard workers! Wish i can give them 10 stars

Curshawn got me in and out and helped me out customer service where is his Grey shirt? He’s better than half of the other grey shirts and he’s a red shirt that’s crazy I’m definitely coming back!
