AutoZone Auto Parts, Morrow GA

Had to wait in line for 20 mins behind 2 people. I was getting an oil filter. The lady prints out a ticket and hands it to me to go find my own oil filter instead going to get it like ALL OTHER auto parts stores! SO IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY OR WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEN DON'T COME HERE!

I want to thank Miss Yolanda for going over and beyond her duty to help me find a belt for my 2012 buick lacrosse she gave me a call back letting me know the closest store that had it in stock saving me gas and time from driving the distance i was about to have to go to get the belt. Fyi.some women do know what they're doing when it comes to helping you with your vehicle at some part stores at least Mrs Yolanda knows

Always a line sometimes line moves slow. Lots of employees but not everyone can help with what want so you have to wait longer than you may like.

Came a couple weeks ago. Danielle attended me. She was great. I don't know much about cars so she explained everything she was doing and why so I could understand fully. (I like to know what I'm paying for.) Came back today Dante attended me. He wasn't rude. He just wasn't talkative. He didn't explain what he was doing. I tried to engage him several times asking him what other services Autozone offered and questions about my starter. He gave 1 word answers. Safe to say Dante was OVER today. Lol.
However I will still patronize this Autozone.

They were very friendly and helpfull. Been shopping arround and found the best customer service at this location.
Friendly, informed and well predisposition to help.
Also, they are open until midnight.
Highly recommended.

I needed my battery replaced. I went to O'Reilly's as recommended by my mechanic. When I arrived I was told they couldn't install the battery in my car and that it had to be done by a mechanic. I then drove to AutoZone where I received superior and informative customer service. They advised me on my battery options and also installed it for me in less than 20 mins. I am a customer for life now, because of the wonderful customer service I received today. Thanks to the young man who assisted me.

They had everything I needed for my 01 tundra. No shopping around, good service and techs were helpful and courteous

Iike this particular location people there are courteous and friendly and helpful, they have reasonable prices, easy access 3 different roads position right at a, major intersection

I went in last night 5/14/19 around 8pm for a check engine light and was told they can't do it. The Manager (Reynaldo) said they don't do those at night. This is the first time I heard of this. When I asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager.

Jose was such great help. He has great customer service and has helped me with all my car troubles! Definitely the best autozone I’ve been to.

Really friendly staff! They helped me find the correct part for my vehicle. I appreciate the great attention, definitely will be coming back to this location!

One of 3 different AutoZone visited; none were capable of Testing my car Battery - lack of effort, staffing, unknowledgable. They could use an easy to find disclaimer.

After going to different auto parts I finally had a great experience. Being a woman I do not know much of what I was doing, but the guy that help me went beyond and above to help me. He took the time to go outside and installed an air filter for me! And also gave me a few helpful recommendations. He made my trip a lot easer! Definitely going back.
