Aventis states on their web site that their office hours are from 8 am to 8 pm M-F.
However the answering system states the office is closed with office hours starting at 9am. Which is it?

Purchased a refurbished Dell PowerEdge server that was a bit older - but if it works well through the years, then not a real issue.

Kevin helped with the quote, waited for the customer to make the decision, and got the server shipped out soon after payment was made in full via CC.

We got the server via UPS with tracking, and got the OS installed and there does not seem to be any alarms going off, yet.

Overall, very good experience - really!

I guess Aventis may not be for everyone, since you do need realistic expectations of discounted hardware that's been re-conditioned to good working order to last.

Product was sold as new and quit working. Item no longer works. They refer me to the manufacturers warranty but the warranty had expired a year before I even purchased it. Fraud has taken place (not my words, but from the manufacturer of the product I purchased). Aventis could have easily replaced my product with a unit that had a new warranty but chose to avoid returning any of my calls or emails. I am not allowed to discuss ongoing legal procedings. However, I do have a youtube celebrity in the tech space with over 4 million subscribers that will be doing an investigative report on this company. They have contacts high up with the suppliers and online selling partners of this company. I am sure my case along with all of the other negative reviews will be brought up as it relates to how this potentially impacts their organizations. I will post updates (or video links) on all review sites pertaining to this company.

I'm an IT volunteer for a school and have used Aventis now on four separate occasions to fill server needs over the years. I like the flexibility of the spec options they provide for each order. Really lets you customize what you are getting. Each time, Aventis has been quick to turn around and ship a server to us. They come packaged quite well and we've not had any issues with shipping. All the servers we have purchased through Aventis are still in service today with no issues. Given the cost of new, this is really the way to go if you're on a budget or simply don't need to pay top dollar prices for new to fulfill your server needs. I recommend Aventis.

Buy at your own risk! I ordered 9 laptops from this company and 1 of the laptops powered up with a black screen. Because I had not opened and powered up all the laptops upon receipt, when I discovered this issue it was past 30 days and they will not replace the defective laptop. VERY VERY poor service.

I rarely do reviews but have to do this one to warn others. They dont deserve even 1 star. My company bought a Server from Aventis thru Amazon at $11k. Memory module is not even compatible. Wasted our IT time to set up, bring up, debug and finally decided systems is not even working. What? Why would Aventis Systems even ship something that does not work at $11k to a customer? This is beyond my imagination.

IT packed up the whole thing and returned it. Amazon is not helpful as they keep saying to give Aventis 2 business days to respond every time I call Amazon. I called /chatted with Amazon probably 5 times. Every time, I need to tell the operator the issue, history and then I have to wait for 2 business days for Aventis to respond. Aventis did respond BUT the response will be " I am sending this case to a supervisor" basically not solving the issue but drag out the wait time, unfortunately once Aventis responded even with no resolution, Amazon will consider them responded to a customer.beats me.

The Server was back to Aventis on 5/5/2023. Aventis said oh I need 10 business days to look at the system. 14 days past. 21 days past. Called Amazon, said to put Aventis to A-Z claim. My $11k is still with Aventis.

DO NOT buy from them, they will drag you out! I need our money back! This is a scam.

Let me start by saying that in my 20 years in the IT industry, I have never given a poor review until now.

I ordered two Dell T340’s from Aventis. I had to pay up front and waited over a month. After approximately a month, I was delivered two T430’s. This is an older Dell that cannot run newer versions of VMware. They were aware of what I was to use this for.

Besides making me wait a month then sending me the wrong servers, neither was in working order. One server had broken SATA connectors and the 2nd one would not boot. It looked to be motherboard issue, but I cannot be sure.

They did not respond to my emails regarding the wrong servers. However, they did, at first, respond to my claims that they were damaged and supplied me with an RMA. I told the girl in the office that these were the wrong servers and that I would like to take the T340’s. Of course, they did not have T340’s. At that point I asked for my money back. She told me someone would contact me within two business days.

From there, all contact with me ended. They would not respond to emails or phone calls. I had to dispute the charges with the credit card company which took an additional 60 days.

Stay clear from these people.

Amazing products ZERO customer support. After ordering a monitor January 19th I've yet to receive it. FEDEX lost it. Ive paid but the only solution a full month later is "We will contact FedEx"

My advice is stay as far from this company as you can. If they are not concerned about you the customer they don't need your business.

Ordered through Amazon. They claimed to ship an item but FedEx says they never gave them the package. Dragged their feet for weeks and refused to give a refund. Stay away. They're a scam.

Selling scalped GPUs on amazon for a 1500 dollar markup from MSRP.shady business do not shop here.
EDIT after business response: I'm glad to see you took the card down. I didn't purchase anything. I observed your amazon seller page trying to sell a "ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC Edition Gaming Graphics Card (PCIe 4.0,24GB GDDR6X, HDMI 2.1a, DisplayPort 1.4a) " on amazon for 3500 USD. If it's not scalped it was at least gouged. Glad you did the right thing and removed it.

We ordered two basic refurbished servers from Aventis early this year and have had many hardware failures ever since; a problem we don't have from any other computer hardware venders. Both units have been sent back for repairs. When we finally asked for a refund for one unit we were denied.

This company has be terrible to work with. They have sent our company multiple broken servers and in the end they took two of the broken servers and made one very broken server and sent it back as if it was a "replacement" hoping, I guess, that we would not notice. Since then they have refuse to honor their warranty and now have stopped responding to any and all forms of communication. Do not poor money down this drain, do business with anyone else, it has to be better than working with Aventis and getting ripped off.

I’ve been using these guys since 2009 and have had nothing but great experiences and interactions with the entire team. I’ve purchased new gear at a good price and refurbished gear also at a good price. The quality of the purchases has been excellent. I’ve recommended them to everyone looking in this market.
