Extraordinary workmanship! I was ready to buy a new phone but my husband suggested I find someone in Athens that did repairs and I'm so glad I did! My phone looks and operates like a brand new phone!

They are very nice to there customers. They are quick and very helpful. And affordable. Definitely recommend to everyone.

My repair took literally 15 minutes and the repairman was incredibly kind. We spoke of his background for the time and I felt nothing but blessed to have him as my repairman for my phone screen.

I forget the name unfortunately, But I always look up to hard workers, who are honest, down to earth, and respectful like him. I wished him as much money and commission as was possible before leaving. I hope this review finds him one day but you were the man! Screens still good to this day.

This was such a fantastic experience! I booked the appointment late at night on Monday and was able to schedule for the very first appointment on Tuesday. My repair person was extremely kind, professional, and fast! I was in and out in 15 minutes as promised. I will definitely be using them again if/when repairs are needed. I also love that they have a 90-day warranty and offered extras such as screen protectors. Highly recommend!

Only place in greater Atlanta I trust with my MacBook Pro. My fam is jealous after I got a brighter iPhone screen from avg Joe than any of them have.iPhone screen from avg joe is difficult to break. Best place I know of to buy & sell EUCs & get tune-ups for my electronics.

Joe answered the phone and was readily available to help my son get his iPad screen repaired the same day. Other places quoted me much more money and many more days turn around. Would definitely recommend him and will definitely use him again.

My phone has been giving me trouble with charging for a minute now so I took advice from a friend and called Avg Joe Repair up. Joe himself answered the call on the first ring (+1 star). As the call went on he was organized professional, and booked a convenient time for me to meet at a local Jit Joes (+1 star). When I arrived, Joe addressed that he would be with me in a few because he was helping another customer; but he finished right on time for our scheduled appointment (+1 star). Once the appointment began, Joe recognized the charging was clogged so he used a handy little tool to scrape out all that pocket junk, fixed a bent pin, and cleaned up my phone speakers (+ 1 star). Finally, the deed was done, conversation was good, service was fairly priced. (+1 star)

Absolutely great people and service. They answer extremely fast/call you back very quickly. They stay in touch while they have your product. Their work is 10/10. High quality repairs.

When I tell you all this guy is the BEST. He is all about quality. And he is so patient and prompt. Like I can call him for help and he got me if the time fits us both. He helped me twice. Something that I thought could not be fixed, he got my Mac up and running within 20-30 minutes tops. I suggest this guy to anyone. All jokes aside, he’s a great asset to the Athens area tech community.

Joe is the best! Going to a store like Best Buy can be overwhelming if you’re easily overstimulated. Joe is like a friend when you just need someone with industry knowledge to tell you what to buy. I’ve sent my numerous phones, tablets, laptops for repair to Average joe for the last four years and have always be satisfied with quick, personable, and honest service. No job is too little or too big.

I had an old iPhone 10 that was on its last legs. For work, I rely heavily on my phone and these guys were able to keep it running for me until I could purchase a new one. I really thought that the customer service was great; however, my screen keeps disconnecting to my phone constantly where I have to completely restart my phone or wait around a minute to do anything. Also, when I'm texting someone or looking on instagram, my screen will randomly just shoot up to the top, making it imposible to look on social media or stay focused when writing a text message. It's gotten to a point where I'm having to get a new phone because of how annoying it has become. After paying over $200 to get a brand new screen (the same price that apple charges), I really expected to have no problems but that obviously didn't happen.
