I bought a twin bed for my grandson and the salesman was very helpful in me getting what he thought I would like at a price I could afford.

We got a couch up there not long ago back in November noticed that when they came to the house to put it together it wouldn’t stay together and one of the recliners when you sit in it you feel like you’re falling to the left just very uncomfortable when you get up from the any of the recliner it Moves. It seems not to be hooked up right or missing pieces we called they send someone over and told us we need 2 new recliners. Well it’s been a nightmare trying to get them! Every time you call up there there’s always it’s on its way that was back in February in beginning of May we called them told on a Tuesday told us it will Friday well it be 5 weeks and nothing my boyfriend went up there and tried to give us the one on display or oh $200 off anything! I want a NEW one not the display! When we get this done and over with and everything paid off with them we will not be going back! Maybe I’ll just stop lying to your customers!

Kenesha found exactly what I was looking for, she answered my questions and more that I hadn't even thought of. Very friendly and helpful. The delivery men were careful, friendly and knew what they were doing. They answered my questions about the table. Wonderful service.

Sharon sales Representative is always available to take care of me and does an Awesome job assisting me with my purchases. She always keeps her word and she also calls to follow up with me to make sure I'm happy with my Purchases. She takes her time with me to make sure Im comfortable with purchases as well. I love the New location and the Atmosphere, Great Team!

I was trying to order a mattress online for cyber Monday and i was having trouble with my account purchase, so I went in to get help and they were able to help with my purchase and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. My order is in back order and the sales person was very honest on possible delays and I definitely appreciate that.

My family went in to purchase a couch and had a terrible experience. The female that eventually helped us was very short with us and not very interested is selling anything. I will not be returning.

Super unprofessional we were the only ones in the store and had to practically beg for someone to help us then after we bought a bed set off the floor she looked at us and said OK you can take it we then had to undo the set up and load it ourselves while she sat on her phone
