Well, let me tell you something I’m not a person who usually complains, but I bought a mattress in Badcock Furniture and it’s ruining my back I have spoken to MrEmory the manager he said to unto after 4th of July holiday I have and he’ll need that one month of making my conditions worse I asked him what they come and llook at the mattress and they did not come or call me back. I asked could I exchange for another mattress and that’s not happening
back so I want my money back. This matter must of been a reposed one. I would have done better at the goodwill store. What can I do? It seems like lI don’t get no justice and I advise everybody think twice before you buy a mattress that was marked down.take a nap on it.i

It was clear from their website that Badcock Furniture had a great selection of sofas, dining room sets, and bedroom furnishings and rugs. So, we were able to shop and make our selections and arrange delivery with ease! The store manager, Emory, was so very helpful and kind and service oriented. He made sure we were given the benefit of all the Memorial Day discounts, and he even arranged delivery on our schedule by his own delivery team. Peggy, our helpful sales representative, was also exceptional. She has a long tenure in the furniture business and she was careful to be sure the rather long order was all entered and discounted correctly. She also helped us get the three-year furniture protection plan, which will give us peace of mind. I highly recommend the Austell Road location of Badcock Furniture!
