Today service with Mr. Terrance Wallace was extremely professional and he informed me about the company monthly plan and reviewed everything with me step by step.

However, the previous technician on August 7, Isaiah Parks was extremely unprofessional and my 9 year old daughter did not feel comfortable with him in our home. So with today services I ensured she was not present however he did not return and I would never allowed Mr. Parks in my home again to fix anything. I would highly use the company again but not Mr. Parks. Extremely, creepy man and unprofessional.

The five stars for Mr. Terrance Wallace today.

Chris showed up on time, was pleasant to work with and finished inspecting my heater in a timely fashion.

Quick response. Technician was knowledgeable showing pics of the problem explaining what I was looking at. This makes for an informative decision to proceed on.

Installed NEST and for some reason, it was not working with my HVAC system.temperatures started to drop and I called Bardi for an emergency call. At first they were not able to accommodate, but then they called me back and said that a tech was able to come out in 30 min. Alex M.came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and had my heat back on within 45 min. Thank you Alex and Bardi!

He did a great job. He came in did what he had to do, Looked over everything he explained things to me when he was done and said that my system was operating correctly. When he left everything was nice and clean. A fantastic and very friendly guy.

Learn from my mistake, if you value your home, do not let this company near your HVAC unit.

The technician sabotaged my furnace that was working fine and tried to quote me for a replacement. Then the office ignored my calls. The sheer lack of ethics and morals is just appalling. Stay away from Bardi.

I'm not one to do reviews, let me start out the young lady that answers the phone when you call did a great job very professional and also the tech they sent Zach was very professional and knowledgeable. My problem is that the amount of the proposal to replace the defective part, the part that was bad on my unit was under warranty from the manufacture. They quoted me $881.00 to go get the part they needed from the supply house come back and install the new part. That's over $400.00 an hour, i know this because I declined there proposal and went and pick up the part myself and installed and it only took me 2 hours total and I'm not an heating and air tech. Be very careful using Bardi they are very expensive.
