They did everything I authorized them to do, at the price that was quoted. Actually, they did not replace one part they found was still ok, so that saved me a few dollars in parts/labor.

They did an amazing job for me both times that I've been. I've had trouble with an oil leak for about 3 years, everyone that I took it to pretty much told me all the same crap. When I took my car to Barrett they were able to give me an answer cause they actually took the time to look into it and believe it or not it's a simple fix instead of how complicated I thought it was going to be. Thank you for doing an amazing job and for taking the time to actually look into the problem. I'm beyond grateful for y'all and will always bring my car to y'all when it needs to be serviced.

I have been bringing my vehicle here since I bought it in 2020. I’ve gotten oil changes, tire rotations, new tires, and new brakes. I am always satisfied with their service which is why I keep coming back and will continue to do so. Also, everyone is always friendly and professional. I recommend Barrett Automotive.

This review is for the Barrett in Cornelia. They used to be reasonably priced. But, about a year ago their prices went through the roof! There are MUCH better local options available. Recently, they actually gave me an estimate that was more than a dealership would charge. It's the third time within a year that their estimates were WAY OVER everyone else in the area. Do your homework, there are far better options available!

Took care of me at the end of the day. Didn’t have the tire I needed. They found one, and had me in and out in like an hr. Experience could not have been better.

Highly recommended. This is a very efficiently, and professionally run shop, and that’s something that’s getting pretty scarce these days.

Basically, they find the problem, provide excellent communication as to the exact nature of the problem, get your permission to fix it, and fix the problem.

This was a problem on a Lexus, a problem that CarMax couldn’t even find, the Toyota dealership couldn’t fix, and the Lexus dealer wouldn’t fix.

Barrett automotive was very professional and knowledgeable. They always kept me up-to-date with what was going on with my car!

My 2013 Tacoma wheel bearings failed on the rear. Chris and his techs replaced the bearings and and now running super smooth again. They did an really excellent job, with much better cust service than I have received at the dealership. They are now my go to for any problems Im having with my truck! 5 stars!
