My mother was in there today having keys made for her SUV. She was very upset to find that none of the products made. Fit her vehicle and she was locked out of her car after getting home.

I think his name was Kenny, I even asked but I can never remember people's name's but he was the only one there today. He was super friendly and fixed my phone screen really fast.

Kenny is knowledgeable and efficient. A great asset to the business and a lifesaver to us!

Went to get just battery for key fob found out while there that they do phone screens to. I have a galaxy note 9 had it from day one of first came out so the screen was starting to ghost. She offered to replace screen I have a blue phone the replacement screen would be black the young lady was very professional and forthright with information. Not what I expected but was very pleased. Well when I came in to pick up the phone she stated the back cracked in the process of changing the screen I didn't know the note 9 has a glass back. She was very sincere in apologizing and before I could say anything had a solution already voiced. Again not what I expected and really liked her resolution to the issue she stated he ordered the part set a date and wanted to know if I was good with it.shocked I was but very happy to find out she had everything under control. We will be back because of that young lady.

They do stand behind their Lifetime warranty on watch batteries, however; the batteries in both watches lasted only 2 years, most others last longer than that. Nonetheless, true as the warranty states, there was no charge for labor or batteries. Hard to beat.

Thanks to Mr. Sahjai Allison, for his great customer service on the repair of my iPhone. My phone was completely black, my phone was repaired in 45 minutes. I am currently working out of town, it saved me from having to go thru my phone insurance company. Thank you again.

Great customer service! The sales rep was working alone and he managed to not only greet everyone that came in, but he juggled 3 customers all at one time so that the wait was not long. Great example of grace under fire. I don’t know if he is the store manager, but if he is not he should be. Again great service, and would definitely recommend anyone to Batteries Plus in Pooler!

I bought a cellphone for my son, who stuffed the simcard inside the phone without using the tray. The tech quickly retrieved the card, trimmed it to fit the tray, and installed the tray. The phone works great. It is nice to have this resource.

I went in the other day and wish I got the name of the gentleman that helped me with my watch battery replacement. He made me feel comfortable just to be in the store and he was very knowledgeable about all of the deals and products in the place. If you're needing a watch battery replacement this is the place to go, it took no time at all and was a good experience, next time I'm in the area I'll be sure to stop in and get his name!

Looking for key fobs, they sell them here for prices lower than the dealer and they program them for you. The staff is professional and open to help.
