Staff was attentive and finished repairs to iPhone as promised. Unfortunately, they failed to advise they are not certifed to work on Apple products which led to some loss of functionalty of the device that can only be restored by the purchase of a new phone. Not cool.

Been buying replacement batteries for a tennis ball machine from batteries+ for several years. My last battery died after 7 months so I figure - warranty - easy replacement right? Nope! The rep there kindly tells me I should be using a "deep cycle" battery (a what?) for a ball machine and so this one cannot be replaced under warranty. Now hold on there.let me get this straight - batteries+ has been selling me the wrong battery for my machine for the last 6+ years? !? And now I'm on the hook to to buy a (third?) new battery to fix it? The whole reason I went to batteries+ instead of a discount online retailer is because I figured I would get some advice from a batteries expert - didn't know I had to be one myself? If I come in with an old battery from my ball machine and ask for a new battery for my ball machine, I expect to get the right battery for my ball machine without knowing anything about a "deep cycle". Guess not, too bad for me. Do yourself a favor and buy your batteries elsewhere, you'll get a better deal and surely better service than at Batteries+.

I love this place! The staff is always so helpful! They have repaired my cell several times. I wouldn't go anywhere else! ️

I ordered online, which was easy enough. When I arrived they had my part pulled and waiting. The staff was polite and professional. I plan to do business wi them again the next time I need something that they can help me with. The prices are fair and in line with comparable outlets except that I didn’t have to park a mile away from the store and there were no long lines to wait in. It’s a new no brained for me.

Worst I have seen. Service is awful. I bought a battery and they never tested before selling it to me. I took it back for replacement after a week, they tested it and told me they can't take it back.

Took back some lighting items in July, its now mid Sept and still no refund. I have been waiting for a check since July. Then you call them and get stuck on hold for over 30 min and I can just guess, wait for the check will be their response. Worst customer service ever. I have been very patient and nice but this is beyond ridiculous

I mean they do good screen repairs and stuff but wouldn’t really trust their phone batteries. Got a phone battery from them that swelled up and exploded less than a month later

I called one evening to verify that the store had a battery for my ATV in stock. I was told it was and I asked to have it put on hold under my name. I went ahead and bought the battery online since they had a discounted "buy online, pick up in store" option. The next day my wife went to pick it up and was told it wasn't in stock. The team found the battery not long after my wife had left and informed me that it was there and ready. My wife was able to return while she was still in the area and had no issues picking it up for me. The team working this day were very helpful and apologetic for the mix up. We will be using this location again for future battery needs.

Horrible customer service. WeOrdered an RV battery online. Received email telling me I could pick it up at the store. Then got the call saying that the battery would not be in for a week. They charged my credit card immediately, however. Went to the stor e a week later and no battery. Said it would be in in three days. Went back and no battery. Then was told it would be in in a month. Not kidding!
Then asked for a refund via phone. Was told I had to come into the store. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Purchased a Duracell 12 V deep cycle battery for my kayak. After two years of low use and maintenance with a Battery Tender, the battery would not respond. When I took it in to the store it registered 0.78 V out of 12 V. They will not warranty the battery or stand behind the Duracell brand. When I called Duracell customer service they referred me back to the batteries plus local store. Spoke with a long-haired young man in the store, and he was not very helpful and said their policy is not to warranty anything that’s under 10 V. Kind of funny, the defective battery is going to register under 10 V. Called batteries plus customer service at the 800@-677-8278 number and spoke with Teresa. Again, although not disrespectful, she was not helpful, and was totally fine with leaving a customer unsatisfied with a defective product that they represent. I guess my point in all of this is they don’t carry reliable brands and their customer service from a store is subpar. They do not stand behind brands they represent. It’s a shame, as I am a small business owner and choose to support small businesses in my area but this was a failed opportunity to show good faith. I will be closing my corporate account and finding another place to do my business for batteries and other items they carry. From one business owner to another, you missed an opportunity to turn a negative into a positive. Pardon the battery pun.

Rude and disrespectful staff. Had a worker hang up on me because I asked her to call the place where they ordered a key fob because it was really late. Called back manager was nonchalant didn't apologize or address the situation. I will NOT patronize a place that disrespected me. Went in got my refund, again no apology or mention of the event. YOU WILL NEVER AGAIN

Apparently an employee was programming someone’s key fob in the parking lot with their driver’s door wide open blocking one of the handicap spots from being pulled into. When asked to close the door they refused to saying was not able to program the fob this way. All we asked was to close it to pull into spot long enough. This goes against ADA!

Bought 6 $130.00 dollar golf cart batteries Tuesday night, Wednesday morning got them out of my truck (where they loaded them) and one was damaged. I took it back 12 hours after I bought it and they refused to take it back. CHECK EVERYTHING you purchase there as you have no recourse after the sale.
