Came out and diagnosed my new system that was installed incorrectly B&C fixed my system when other could not

Our current system registered "System Malfunction" status and no longer heats or cools. B&C sent a technician within 24 hours (Apr 4) to identify the problem. Before the tech arrived, the system began functioning again. However, after the tech left “System Malfunction” status returned. Our HVAC systems were scheduled for a maintenance visit on Apr 14. We (my wife and I) agreed to leave the system in the failed status and wait until the 14th. The tech performed maintenance on the system that was still functioning and identified the problem with the failed system. The old system needed extensive repair or replacement.

B&C installed new VRV System in my home almost two years ago. They also service twice per year. The technicians came today and were professional and efficient. Very pleased with their work.

B&C installed a new heat pump and air handling system in our house. They did a awesome job and the price was fair. We have used them before for repairs and they are very responsive. I highly suggest B&C for any of your heating and cooling needs.

First time for service from B&C. Service was outstanding! Technician was Outstanding! He made sure the units were right, he did not rush. Units were chemically cleaned inside and out. (There were nasty even though i have been on a twice a year maintenance schedule for 7 years prior to B&C coming in) Thermostats checked, power checked on power/logic boards for correct amperage, coolant levels checked, new belts installed and adjusted. Air flow has increased by at least 30% on one unit and more on the second. No more squeal when the units start up. All filters changed not just checked. Service call exceeded my expectations. I have full expectations my power usage will decrease after this service. THANKS

After paying 2 other companies to fix leaking unit in basement with no resolve, b&c came out immediately found problem and as a bonus straightened out condensation plumbing. Now I no longer have standing water in basement. He actually took the time to do it right. Will never use anyone else.

B&C technicians Joey and Blake moved my AC unit from behind the house to the side of my house. They were on time and performed a professional move of the unit. Always happy with the services from B&C. Brett and office staff are the best with customer service.

Very professional and polite. They arrived when they said they would and performed great service! Johnny Latham found the problem and fixed a it when another contractor couldn’t find the issue. They have even arranged another contractor to repair a little sheet rock damage. All in all, we’re pretty pleased.
