There is no pressure from the sales team, no one trying to talk you into useless warranty agreements, just honest, genuine and stellar customer service.

I had been to dealership to buy a car for my friend. Had awful experience while shopping for a new Camry. After discussing a while the sales person refused to give us quote. When asked for reason he gave us lame excuses, he was saying since we have already taken quotes from other dealer he won’t help us with quote from their dealership. IDK what is the logic behind it. Not going back here again.

Service department did as quick oil change for me and I did not even have an appointment. That is good, The bad is the price which was $72,

Arrived earlier than expected for service on my vehicle. Didn't have to wait for my scheduled service time. The service department got on it right away.

A good experience with Beaver Toyota's Service Department. There was a slight mishap (first one in 4 years), but Beaver Toyota fixed it at their cost. They are an honest dealership and it is always a pleasure dealing with Chris Calavan, the Service Manager, and Brooke. Thanks for the great customer service!

When our cars notification light went off and the oil change sticker had expired we assumed that was what the notification light meant. When we arrived to find out that the light meant we need to rotate our tires that was upsetting and a huge waste of time since we get our tires rotated at the location where we buy the tires. However since we were there and had made arrangements for coworkers to pick us up and drop us off I went ahead and had the tires rotated. A call was placed my wife where in the end she decided to pay for the work completed. She notified me that she had paid.

When I went to pick up the car and told the service tech that we had already paid he disagreed with me because it wasn’t checked on his computer so I went ahead and paid again and then went and made a purchase in the shop.

Upon arriving home and seeing that my credit card had been billed twice for the same amount for the same service it was upsetting. I emailed our service tech the next morning telling him what had happened he returned my email telling me that he will not be able to refund any of these charges, one will fall off, (and it hasn’t yet) one was for services authorized and approved and one was for parts you purchased.

Maybe it is my banks issue, and now I have to fix that, but the customer service I received was surprising. There is a way to be correct and graceful at the same time. I feel like I wasted hours of peoples time for an unnecessary tire rotation when it was an oil change I wanted. Just cause the service is included you shouldn’t treat people poorly.

We will be back to Beaver Toyota mostly because our services are included but a service recovery would go along way.

We will be buying 2 cars in the next year, and at this time I wouldn’t recommend Beaver Toyota.

They will WOW you for sure. Wait until you see the add on fees. Very nice people and high volume dealer, but I could not see dropping thousands in fees for stuff I did not need when there are dealers who do not play that game. Again, very nice people, but sky-high add on fees reminiscent of a different era when people could not research this stuff and make good comparisons.

The service that I needed and the service they were telling me to get wasn’t matching. When I went in there all I needed was tire rotation and inspection which was around $28 but when I went in there I was told I need to do a lot of servicing which was around $260. I rescheduled the appointment to do some research and found that this dealership was the only one who was trying to rip me off. All the other dealership told me the same thing about me just needing the tire rotation and the inspection. This place is just trying to rip you off.

Best place ever to bring your vehicle chris the service manager nicest guy you will ever meet a great christian company I would never ever go any where else with my vehicle. Nice people that care about others thank God for a place that goes beyond there means to help others thanks and God Bless

This is my second time purchasing a car from Beaver Toyota. This time went perfectly smooth; I worked the deal over the phone and through text messages, went in, saw the car, test drove and finalized my purchase, and was out in a timely manner. Joey was my salesperson both times and was great! He provides nothing less than exceptional service and transparency. This is a great dealership overall!

We went to Beaver Toyota on a Wednesday morning to ask 3 questions that would help us in purchasing a new vehicle. We had been looking for a 6 cyl, but had been unsuccessful. We met Kemran Ismail in front of the building and began our discussion. He was so very helpful and, for a young man, was very knowledgeable about the cars and what was available. He was energetic and had a very positive attitude. He helped us find a suitable car and we left with a 2022 Camry XSE. It is a little more sporty than we were looking for in the beginning, but we absolutely love it. The dealership is great with many staff checking to see if there was anything we needed or they could help us with. Highly recommend both Kemran and Beaver Toyota.

The guys are AMAZING! When you walk in, it doesn’t feel like a dealership. It feels like you’ve walked into a business that’s only desire is to make sure your experience is top notch.

I went there to look at purchasing a Toyota Tacoma and had to order one since it was such a high demand. I eventually got my truck and the salesman Keith was phenomenal. He walked me through the whole process and not once ever pressured me into a sale. He was the only salesman I’ve ever met to tell me to “go drive other brands and let me know what you think”
He knew the quality of vehicle he was selling and he knew I’d be back. Other dealerships pressure you to buy asap. Beaver Toyota makes sure you make the right decision every time.

I recently had service done on my vehicle and again, the service was top notch. I went up stairs and sat in the massage chairs for a while and then got a great meal in the cafe.

It may be corny but when they say “we’re here to wow ya” they mean it.

Brooke was my advisor. She was friendly, efficient, And very professional. They got the work done in a timely manner and at a great price. I had lunch at the little Grill they had there, and the food was good, as well as the service. Highly recommend!

I have purchased two vehicles now with beaver. I also go to them for all service needs. They are top notch. I recently worked with Pablo, he made the purchase super easy and was like working with a friend. 10/10 recommend & will only use Beaver in the future.

Over the past 70 or so years I have purchased many vehicles. Buying a car was often painful and time consuming playing the dealer game. However, Beaver Toyota is a class all their own!
The accommodations and waiting areas are second to none. The employees all seem to have a smile on their face and enjoy what they do.
I will never purchase a vehicle from any other dealership! None can compare the Beaver Toyota!

Overall good experience…. Really nice facility with tons of amenities! Although the service for a tune up on my 2011 Prius was a little outrageous…. They quoted me at $1065 just to replace all 4 spark plugs and ignition coils! So we’ll see if I’ll be making a return visit.
