14Spent $700 and they didn’t wash my car and left the interior smelling like oil. They also add 2.5% if you pay with a credit card. They said “all stores are doing this”. This place is a zoo. Save your time and go to Toyota mall of ga or Nalley Toyota for service. Their customer service is terrible.

Called to schedule appointment for airbag recall on new Corolla. Asked if loaner vehicle would be available. Was told it would be available on Saturday. Scheduled appointment for Saturday and double checked 3 times if complimentary loaner would be available and was told yes 3 times. Arrived to the dealership and was told that loaner are not available, but I can take a rental. I don’t need a rental. I was promised a loaner. Christopher the service advisor said that the woman that made an appointment should have never promised it. I asked for a manager. Sat Labord said that she is a manager. And said that she doesn’t care and wasn’t willing to honor loaner vehicle even though it was promised. Lost my time driving to this dealership, stressed myself arguing and my car issues wasn’t addressed. Would never come to this dealership. Avoid

Knowledgeable saleswoman, patient, answered all of our inquiries about our car to the completion of our sale. Not pushy or aggressive at all. Totally satisfied!
Not a great experience for my first time attempting to service a vehicle at this location. Brought in a vehicle for an oil change and to obtain a repair estimate on a malfunctioning power door. I obtained an appointment the day before and brought the vehicle in 15 minutes early to a near empty service bay. I was checked in by Chris and told that it should only take 2.5 hours to complete the service and obtain the estimate.
2 hours and 15 minutes of waiting later, I had received zero updates of any sort. I went to the service desk and was informed that work had not even been started on my vehicle yet. At this point I requested my vehicle returned to me. Chris then informed me that because I had asked for them to take a look at the door in addition to the oil change that the vehicle was assigned to the main service bay and that they were “backed up a bit. ”
This unprofessional communications vacuum about the delay was extremely disappointing, especially since I was waiting for the vehicle on-site.
I was originally being serviced at another Toyota location and they told me to come back the next day for a battery change due to stock issues. I went the next day and they didn’t have it in stock. The following day, they were unresponsive to calls and msgs and I wasn’t gonna drive all the way there just for them to tell me again that they didn’t have it. “I’ll have your service advisor call you back” I was told this 3 times. World Toyota wasted my time. So I said “f it” and called Beaver to see if it was possible to transfer all my servicing to their location and they were so helpful and responsive! I got to speak to someone immediately as soon as I called instead of being placed on hold for 20 mins to talk to a person. And this all happened on a Saturday afternoon when it tends to get super busy! Grace at Beaver helped me out and said it was possible for me to go asap and be serviced for a battery change. She estimated that it would take approx 2-3 hrs but to my surprise it was done in 1! I ended up getting a callback from the World Toyota location AFTER all my servicing was done with Beaver. It took them 4 hrs to give me a callback as if I’m sitting around all day waiting for them to reach out. I sent them straight to voicemail. Never again with World Toyota. This location is super nice and everybody I spoke to was extremely pleasant. They even have good food and beverage for purchase inside the waiting area including beer and wine! I’ve converted from World Toyota to Beaver Toyota and I’m glad I did. Quick and efficient. I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be back for my next service:)
Over priced in all departments. Some services I refuse to pay the price for. One example is trying to fix a bad tire pressure sensor.
Here goes: Check engine light on my Toyota Avalon. Diagnostic says need to replace the Variable Valve timing solenoid (exhaust-there are 4 of these-only one acting up) Quote by the service department is $980. Thought wow that's a really high number. Did some internet research. Checked the oil level-was a quart low-added oil-light is out and has not returned. Ask questions, get a second or third opinion.
I've never had a more pleasant buying experience. From the sales process to ongoing service, there is no place better. I'm jaded when hearing tag lines from car dealerships, but consider me properly Wow'd! I don't think I'll buy a car from anywhere else!
What a great service department! I had some body work done and Cathy Williams know her business! Jessie Darflinger, the estimator, kept me informed every stage of the project and called several times. I picked up the car today and the job they did is beautiful! I highly recommend this group!
Bought car and get service here. They are real nice and if I had to recommend a auto dealership this is it.
Terrible experience. Went in for my second tire rotation for a car I bought here, and they argued with me that it is not free like I was told when I bought the car and that has been the same with all 3 cars I have purchased here. They finally, after talking to 3 different people, agreed it was free. Then I waited 2 hours to have it completed and was never told when the service was done, and the representative again argued with me that she had told me it was ready when she had in fact not done so. It's always seems the employees don't know what is going on or how to do their job. And my tire pressure is always messed up after they service my car.
Never ever had a bad time with purchasing and service is impeccable. Wont ever go anywhere else!
