Belk, Newnan GA

Called the store for curbside pickup customer service, and saleswoman "Pat" answered to help me. Although I only spoke with her briefly, she was so incredibly kind and enthusiastically helpful that I had to write a review on how amazing she was. I was so impressed during that 30sec phone call that I called back to ask her name to write this review. She made my day!

Weird. Could not try on clothes, but you can take them home, try them on and return them if they don't fit

Great day at Belk! Clearance had a lot on sale this weekend. Plus 10-20% off the items we bought. We bought $770 worth of shoes and clothes. Are you ready for the real price, we saved $639! So with that said all those shoes and clothes cost around $133. Thanks Belk for such great sales!

There is no handicap doors on the side entrance where Ashley Park is. Yet, they have handicap parking spots but all the doors at the entrance are ones you have to hand open which can be extremely difficult if you have someone who is disabled with a wheelchair etc.and there’s two sets that you have to go through. Highly disappointed with that.

This is a long standing store that has gone through a revamp of fashion and selection. Kudos to you for keeping up with today's fashion a little bit more. Not just my mother's store anymore. Great sale prices right now. Really enjoyed my shopping experience

This place is awesome. My aunt works here and we had the most amazing shopping day. We are from St Petersburg FL so we do not have a Belly there. The staff were super friendly and the store is well maintained. Love this place!

I love Belk. We did not have Belk on the west coast but it's very similar to a Macy's. But Belk has much better sales than anybody. They also have the best coupons and discounts I have ever found. Not to mention the best curvy/plus section I have ever been to anywhere. The store can be quite busy and there can be close quite a few places but the ladies that work there do their best to keep everything as neat as possible and that's appreciated.

Found a great pair of jeans but it's a lot of work finding even one thing that fits and is the right price.

This is an excellent southern retail store. There is plenty of free and handicap accessible parking. The store is very clean and well organized. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store carries alot of name brand designs. I had a great shopping experience in Bell's.

I love this styles and new designs. I just wished the coupons were better. You know, not as many exclusions. Friendly folks working here.

They practically give inventory away. I can find bargains here that rival consignment and thift stores. Belk has been a life-long family favorite department store. The consistency in superior service and value has not diminished in more than 50 years.

Horrible store - poor selection and unresponsive management. Employees look miserable working there and when you ask the managers for assistance, they are not helpful. One can only imagine how unprofessional they are with their staff if they are so rude with their customers. Go to Dillard's or anywhere else.

Horrible communication. I placed an order on April 02,2018 for a suit which my son needed for my wedding. I paid for my order in store and received a receipt which clearly had my email address on it. After 10 days and no delivery or email for the status of my order, I called. The guy who answered sounded like I had just woke him up and then after giving him my information, he proceeds to tell me that they "screwed my order up and that it had been cancelled. " SERIOUSLY? Now I am extremely upset and freaking out about the fact that my son now has no suit for my wedding. I would highly recommend doing business with anyone other than Belk as they could care less about their customers needs OR even simply calling them to let them know, their expected delivery will not be arriving due to an error on their part.

Very poor customer service. On March 16th 2018, I stopped at the Belks in Newnan to have repair done on watch and, to purchase a new watch. No one was working in the jewelry dept. I asked an employee for assistance and she advised that the person working that dept, would be "right back". I waited about 10 minutes and the lady noticed no one still had not helped me, so she came back and advised the employee was on lunch break. Someone else was in route to assist me. I waited until I could not take it anymore. I felt like my business was not good enough so I left. This was bad.

When they have a sale on shoes here-its amazing! It may not be as organized, but the sales here are worth it!

This place is awful. It seems like the only 3 people they have working here hate their lives and want you to know it. I've given this place multiple chances to change my mind but I will never shop here again.

What in the WORLD did you do to my favorite store? You cut out my size, my only choice for pants is skinny leg-jeans and the rest of the garbage looks like 1970's polyester. Shapeless, loud colors, inferior quality. WOW in a matter of 4 months, it has completely changed from competitive, timeless fashion to an over-priced Kmart wanna-be! I guess it'll be Talbot's for me. (I'm a size 0 petite) FYI, my rating went from 5 stars to one in less than 4 months!

I worked here and this store is actually the worst belk I have ever worked at the managers are very rude and think they are above everyone I quit this job because one of the managers told my personal business to other associates. Please do not spend your money in this store they only see yoi customers as numbers.
