Great clean store and nice employees who inquired if I needed help. Yep, I needed a hard drive, was prompty pointed in the right direction and yes they had it. (on sale - yea for me)

Then as I walked around the store, I started to notice that BB's (looks to be slowly slippin off into oblivion -like Fry's did before they closed) - they have a low inventory count on all products, children's toys and oh no.the "as seen on tv" items on the shelves.

Come on Best Buy, please keep evolving your business - people love to go to the stores to see what's new, touch products & inspect the items they would want to buy.

I used curbside service because I ordered something through the store site and it was so quick, easy and convenient. They delivered it right to my vehicle, when I drove up to the store. I Love It! So very Convenient and Covid guidelines are definitely being practiced and adhered to.

Typical Best Buy. Decent selection of entertainment based items. Tv's, game systems, computers and accessories, cameras, some appliances, and small selection of children's toys to name some of the items. Staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable in the area they are stationed.

I bought a laptop Dell, the selling man said I can pick up at the store on (02/25/2021), but when I came they said it's estimated day and it's not come yet. I continued coming back another day to make sure what day it's will be delivered, they said it's will be sent on (03/11/2021) to my address. Today is (03/11/2021) and I didn't receive it yet. I paid already, waiting for it almost a month. Why I can not receive what I paid?

You can never go wrong with a visit to Best Buy. Great customer service. The guy standing at the exit even greeted by name after noticing my receipt. Those attention to details is what makes BB my go to for electronics. Great job BB.

The staff was very nice and helpful. This one guy took the time to walk me to the my item and help me pick it out, great location and overall good experience. I will be revisiting this location for all my electronic needs.

This best buy gives the "store closing" feeling, very reminiscent of Circuit City. Shelves arent well stocked (especially car audio), shelves are messy and poorly organized, in general it sucks.

Always find a new gadget I like here. Service was excellent. On this occasion they had run put of the product I wanted and they called another store in the area who had it. I was able to pay for it there and pick it up at the other best buy. I was so happy cause I truly needed it that same day. They can also order ot and have it shipped to you.

Quick and easy pickup for online orders. Welcomed as I entered the store, and I was asked if I needed help by almost every employee that wasn't already helping someone. Customer service was great.

Purchased two laptops, one for me and one for my daughter. Got home and realized the one for me would not work out (just an error in judgement on my part) and returned it. The buying experience was great and returning the one laptop was a breeze.

Walked in for a Gigabit switch.took a little bit.to find.it because the wifi and networking section is not near the rest of the computer stuff but find it I did.

I ordered something online and had it delivered to the store. I did a little shopping before I picked up my order. It was there and it was a quick transaction. I like ordering things this way.

Recycling program is mentioned in their phone tree message without any reference to how they no longer take CRT TVs free for recycling. They now want $25 when you bring it in. So much for recycling of this item filled with dangerous elements. Had to take it to the landfill, still cost $7, and they had me toss it in with the household garbage.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. It has to be one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever had. No one is willing to help and when they do it's when your ready to walk out the door. And open box negotiations are met with a resounding no response when I know the policy behind them.want a better best buy go to kennesaw or just go online a computer would be more polite.

Had a gift card to best buy, decided on a Ps4 gift card so I could but some stuff in fortnite but they won't let you use your own gift card to their store for a gift card. Money is money and pretty dumb they won't let you buy whatever you want with your own best buy gift card.

I went to Best buy to buy a camera.nobody could answer any questions that I had. When they 1st open everyone there knew everything about what they were selling.

I just went in to buy a car charger and the salesman suggested that I get the warranty where if the charger quits working or get damaged for whatever reason, they replace it for free through Geek Squad. I feel totally comfortable with Geek squad to make a confident decision when I purchase my TV from them in December! Here it is November and the charger still works fine! Thanks Best Buy!

Nice folks did take a little while for someone to ask if I needed help but I was really just looking and had one quick question so I feel pretty good about service. Very nice location

We went in trying to get information on the game console's. The guy that helped us gave us more information than what we got at Game Stop @ Arbor Place Mall.
