39Store organized, fully stocked and employees with good knowledge of products. Was working while on the road and needed a car charger for my lap top- I walked in, asked an employee where could I find it and the escorted me right to what I needed. Fast service and reliable. Great buying experience!
Okay, no real complaints.did take a while to get phone purchased activated (& did end up having to go back and trade in for another after some issues). At least there was plenty of parking
Was told 3 hours after my 1 hour pickup time to go get my own laptop i had paid for off the locked shelf myself. Place had almost no staff attending the isles. I was then told while attempting to purchase an additional thousand dollars worth of merchandise that the system was having trouble checking out and they would have to call corporate. Also very glad to cancel an order for several thousand dollars.
You all will never stay in business. I ordered formentioned goods online 200 dollars cheeper. Like everyone else does now im sure.
This is the only Best Buy near us for people in Hinesville so it’s best to always call before making a 45min trip but for you all to not be accepting calls anymore is a little ridiculous … do better
Nothing really in stock right now and a display cable is 20$ but hey - not many places you can walk in and get PC parts in a pinch.
Bought a defective phone but because it was out of the return policy date I couldn't return nor exchange it. Even though I had a protection plan on it.
I would rather burn my money in a fire pit than shop here again. There's more sales people than customers but the wait is extensive. And don't bother researching information online because they don't honor any of the advertisements. The sales people at their Geek squad repair was irritable and uninformed. He was abrasive and condescending with his answers.
I just spoke to Cush (manager) and another gentleman named Maurice. They just told me I had to wear a face mask if I wanted to come in and be serviced. I could come in but no one would help if I'm not wearing a mask. I then explained I have a genetic lung condition and I should not be wearing a mask just because. Both Cush and Maurice told me again that it does not matter about my condition, no mask no service. Cush then suggested I could go online, do curbside pick up, or he would go shop for me. I'm not a fan of being denied service for a condition I can not control. That's a real shame. They've lost a customer.
Didn't have what we wanted but employee was very knowledgeable about our need. Even had another suggestion to try and help us anyway.
Mike, Ray and everyone at the store and especially customer service goes above and beyond to make sure the customer makes an informative purchase. We received great customer support that met our specific needs on our visits, we have no complaints, just compliments! They will not steer you wrong nor try to break your wallet, just simply informative and cater to their customers. It really shows they enjoy their professions.
No one ever answers the phone, wanting to know if they sell iPhone 12 pro max unlocked, and called 4 times and no one answers the phone, seems like since COVID no one wants to do their job. My mother has had her laptop there since beginning of December being worked on for maintenance and still hasn’t been resolved, step up your game bestbuy Savannah! Management here is awful, will be canceling my credit card and taking my business elsewhere, they will be just like FYI and other stores going out of business watch.
I felt rushed to make a purchase then a month later returming item because it simply was not what I actually needed.
Best Buy, may not be the "best buy" with all the online stores, but it has been my go to place for decades when I knew what I wanted and Best Buy had it in stock.kudos for staying relevant in the online shopping age!
Worst Geek Squad ever. If possible go to another Best Buy or another place for devices to be fixed.
This store has wonderful staff members. They will Help you find what you need. Most of the time you dont have to go looking for a Staff member. I would recommend this place.
DO NOT GO TO THE GEEK SQUAD HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT THESE GUYS TO MESS UP YOUR WHOLE COMPUTER. Remember me? I'm the guy who just wanted a ram upgrade, You dumb fks messed up my whole mother board erased all my data and on top of that charged me over 300 dollars to pay for the mess you dumb @sses did. It used to be my favorite store now i hate it and i tell everyone about my bad experience. I'll post pictures later.
They only carry what is most popular vs a big city store that can afford to keep more in stock.
Would have given them 5 stars but they need a bigger selection of car radios I am old school I like to go in the store and purchase it not order it online i want what I want when I want it
They have a wide variety of electronics in store, what they don't have on site they can have slipped
Staff were knowledgeable and helpful regarding the sections they were working. Went in for a new washer and dryer.the employee knew the machines inside and out.
