27This has got to be a joke! I pay for a refrigerator, no leasing or payment plan … and schedule delivery, and my refrigerator is over 4 hours late and still hasn’t arrived. You mean to tell me that you outsource your deliveries and can’t even keep them on track? This has been the worse experience and I will NEVER shop here again! And to check the computer system and there aren’t any notes. Where are they hiring these people
Only reason I gave a 1 star, is because they didn't list a 0! Signed in they said 15 minutes would have someone assist me, after 30 minutes still no one helping me, left the store! Worst customer service ever. Screwed me over once before on a laptop repair, will never again shop there!
It is great that they have someone to guide you as soon as you come in the door. My last three occasions here no one has been servicing the pickup line and you have to wait 10 minutes and ask multiple people to get someone to help you, that is not good. The guide at the front door can also work as a cashier when available and when there's a longer line that's another good practice. Best Buy appears to have fair prices relative to the market and also has a price match guarantee, I think this has helped them in their competition with such behemoths as Amazon.
The guy with the red curly hair is so awesome! My BF and I came in with a unique issue with a product that was missing pieces he remained calm and patient with us while we resolved it together. This was such a great customer experience for us ️ kudos to him
Many of the purchases can be found on Amazon at a cheaper rate with more benefits (warranties, etc). However, if you are in a rush, this is good enough.
I’m not a gamer so knowing the difference in which games go with certain systems would’ve been nice. But I guess not their fault I didn’t know.
The first person we went to for phone information was terrible. He didn't listen to what we were asking told us all the info on phones are with them and said do not stand so close, he just couldn't be bothered. The 2nd person was just the opposite, answered all are questions and couldn't have been anymore helpful, even calling other stores to locate who had what we needed.
Geek Squad is rude, unprofessional and dishonest. I scheduled an appointment with a window from noon to 8pm. No one showed up or called. They rescheduled it for a later date with the same window; and again, no one showed up or called. On both occassions, I chatted online and contacted them by phone to find out why. They abruptly disconnected, told me the tech was enroute then a few minutes later said the tech was at a customer's home.promised a gift card for the poor customer service. I have not received it and have no expectations of ever receiving it. I'd not recommend them. At all. A completely bad experience from a group of unprofessionals.
We went to get a double din stereo installation kit. They were very busy but as soon as the lady came to help us she had ut in less than three minutes. She was very helpful and we were so glad they had it since we had been all over town looking for one.
The store is always well stocked. A Best Buy employee was easily available and was very knowledgeable about the products. He did not try to 'sell' me anything but answered all my questions and then let me look around.
I'd give them a higher star rating but 1) My account was hacked & used to buy over $3,000.00 in drones when this Best Buy was the ONLY place that I'd used my pin # to buy a cell phone, I made 12 calls to them & they didn't seem too concerned at all 2) they don't answer their phones
Needed to call store for a purchase I left on counter. Tried for almost 1 hour. No one answered the phone and calls were dropped several times.
Needs to be more neater. Have lanes that tell u what category your in just to make it more easier.
Helpful, knowledge and very patient despite the fact that they were in the midst of the Christmas rush.

I can't say much for just going to make a payment, but my experience is usually a pleasant one.
I'm disappointed in my experience at this location. No one greeted me as I walk in and there was a few employees not doing anything, they just didn't want to be bothered. I had to find what I was looking for on my own. The merchandise was locked up so I had to go find someone to help me. I definitely won't be coming back to this location.
Very helpful staff. You know they have the customer's best interest at heart when they tell you NOT to buy a product. I would have wasted my time and money on a product that would not have met my needs. Knowledgeable sales staff lost a sale, but saved a customer relationship. You definitely earned my loyalty.
I have found my self in Best Buy stores the past few weeks each time I find the staff very pleasant to deal with. Way to go Best Buy
