Had to go in and return what I had just went in to buy went home and still have to go back and return again because it did not fit my phone a little upset
Disappointed with this trip to make a single purchase. Personnel at the door did not send me to the right place, so when I arrived where he sent me I was told by the individual there that they were working by themselves and overbooked, and directed back across the store. I returned to the individual at the door who then took my name and directed me to join the line in the other department and wait for them to text me. They are severely understaffed and seem to be unbothered with customers waiting a long time.
I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it 0. This location has the worst service of anywhere I have ever experienced. They took my name and text me saying I was on the list. I went to the car audio area and waited until long after they closed and notnone person spoke a word to me. Walking out the door the employee there never said a word. I had intentions of revamping the entire audio system in my Dodge truck with an in dash touch screen navigation system. I will take my business elsewhere. My days of dealing with Best Buy Southlake are done and I will be sure to refer anyone that asks to a different location or Brandsmart.
Not open New Year’s Day and curbside won’t let me order for today drove out to use a gift card and not happy to have completely wasted the day
I witnessed a terrible form of “customer service” here today. I was shopping with my younger sister when a young man was talking to a manager and the manager began raising her voice at him, becoming very hostile. I don’t know how it escalated but for the short time I was there I didn’t hear the customer being rude or even loud. I had to leave when the manager decided to step up at the customer as if she wanted to fight him. I didn’t want my sister to see anything like that, we just wanted to shop for a birthday present. Highly disappointed that Best Buy allows that type of atmosphere, as a customer I don’t think I’ll be coming back here if that’s the customer service they give. If anything I would expect a manager to help the customer as much as they can.
John was our service associate. He did a dynamic job of assisting us. Got everything we were looking for.
I love the location. Many places to eat around there. As for Best Buy the staff seems nice and helpful. I was in and out in no time without any issues.
Didn't have many games but the service here is great had multiple people ask did I need assistance. Great phone choices have to read all price signs carefully because it almost got me
I'm a big online shopper but it still feels good to go in a physical store sometimes to actually put hands on a product before purchasing the customer service is usually good
I was very disappointed in the lack of proper customer service at this location. I literally walked around the entire store looking for a specific product. I did not receive any help even after walking up to two employees who were talking to each other.
Sales technician new his product very well and explained in detail the differences in features.
Not a fan of this place. Out of all the Best Buy I been to. This is the worst. Inventory is never accurate and the services is terrible.
Greeted as you walk in. Geek squad is awesome. Unless you need them not much help elsewhere. Stood there looking at a watch for about 30mins trying to decide and look at info online. Several employees walked by me not one asked to help or if I needed help.
Very dishonest company. Deceitful with product sales information. Be careful when buying appliances from best buy (worst buy)
Though they carry some items other Best Buys I have been to don't they were out of stock for others. No cashiers near c holding had to check out with the one person with a till at customer service.
EXCELLENT customer service and greatly satisfied. Online Services were great and the in store service, wonderful.
I went in and asked an associate weather they had an item. I was told they didn't have that particular item. So I went out to my car and ordered it online and requested pickup from the same store and they had it. If the associate would've taken a little more time out of her busy schedule (I was the only person in her department) she could have saved me time.
This is a pretty decent store. I'm a software engineer so I'm a little picky about my support. I can build my own computers with no problem but I usually buy them with Geek Squad support because I ain't got time for that. My son's new laptop had a hard drive failure. They fixed it a week sooner than expected, were very courteous, and overall impressed me. I will continue to shop there.
I called this location and no one answered the phone. I literally let the phone ring for 15 minutes and no one answered. I went to the location just to see would someone answer and called they're deliberately not answering the phones which is absurd. I politely took my business elsewhere. Horrible location and I really hope the other ones are better.
