This has to be the worst best buy I have ever been to. Not enough associates but they are steady putting people in the queue. Needless to say I walked out after being told an associate would be right with me. I ended up purchasing a laptop else where. I will never visit this best buy again.

Big box electronics retail store. The Geek Squad will be happy to help you with computer and electronics related problems, with setting up your devices, or with helping you choose what to buy. They offer video games, some toys, computers, DVDs, TVs, and the like. If you need help find someone in a blue polo shirt.
This is an okay Best Buy. I visit here often because it is conveniently located on my way. The whole area is gradually declining over the years.
Great employees, but slow check out lines, took about 30 minutes to check out with just 3 people in line at 10 a.m.

I gave them few chances to provide any kind of customer service. In different departments. No luck. Also, ppl walking around without asking how to help or provide any kind of assistance. I get better customer service at Walmart!
Much of the DVD and video game sections are gone. Overall still a good place to go for other electronics.
I placed an online order and picked up at this North Lake store. There was no line when I arrived on a Sunday around 2pm. My order was processed on a timely manner and the order was pulled correctly, as it should be.
Made my first purchase from Best Buy in tucker, ga and it was great no long lines and the customer service was great. Not to mention the speedy checkout this Best Buy is great. I’m definitely coming back

In and out.a nice shopping/pick up experience. Store was clean, well organized and I was easily able to find what I wanted without help from an associate. The online ordering pick up line was very short.
This location used to be my go to for all my electronic needs but recent negative experiences have really steered me away from going there. Poor customer service, sales associate with little to no knowledge of the department they work in.
