The wait time for help was not long at all. The host was very knowledgeable about the product that I was interested in.

Excellent. The staff helped me out on getting what power cords I needed for my lg and galaxy ear buds. One staff even went into the warehouse to searched for my plug ins for my outlets. Will go back to them.

Went today to buy a truly unlocked iPhone. Only place I've been able to find in the past month that was able to help me with what I was looking for. Jerry was top-notch. 10 out of 10 would agree best person for the most difficult questions when it comes to understanding GSM CDMA and anything else in his field.

After my horrible experience at the Southlake location this was a breath of fresh air. Davina was my sales person and was the best. She had answers to all my questions and was very friendly. This location will now be my store.

The customer service is stellar. The gentleman at the front very friendly. Limmon the gentleman who sold us the laptop was extremely knowledgeable. My husband is a computer programmer needless to say a know it all. Limmon was able to answer all of his questions thoroughly. After buying computers and laptops for over 30 years this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Kudos to your company for hiring friendly and a knowledgeable staff!

I am always able to get in and out. There are representatives available to provide assistance. They have a variety of products and services.

Staff seems to be friendly not sure how extensive their knowledge is since I research electronic items and know what I am looking for before I go.

Luckily the guy at the front door knew where the product I wanted was located, no one else bothered to help. They was busy talking to each other. I went from the front of the store to the back and no one said nothing to me. I went at 3: 00 and the store had very little customers.

Customer service was slow, one lane open and ppl applying for credit with other ppl waiting in line.

They never seem to be in stock of things. Feels like if you want something you have to ask if it is in the back. Fill those shelves.

Multiple employees walking around but no one had any knowledge of the item I was trying to purchase. Keep handing me off.

No employees to assist! Had display models if items they don't stock. Waited far too long to have to search for employee to ask about an item. Left empty handed. Will not return.

Best buy is one of my favorite stores to shop at. The service was top shelf. Very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and courteous.

Very helpful when I went in for a blue tooth for my phone. They have a good selection of electronics for just about every taste.

They Were The A-Team Once Apon A Time. Ever since the move from Stonecrest. Seems Like The Smaller Space Is Compromising Service.

Couldn't get anyone to help me. One associate looked straight at me and then walked the other direction. I finally found the cable I needed for my laptop, went to check out, had to wait for the cashier to come back, and then she never put her phone down, just kept texting. If I didn't need the cable immediately I would have walked out and ordered from Amazon.

I come to this store very often. Sometimes it's hard to get someone to help you. You may have to wave them down, but once you get someone they are very helpful. Especially the television section. The guys there are really knowledgeable. I think the guy's name is Jeremy.
