I would recommend this company to anyone. This was my first time purchasing anything from this store and I am now a customer for life. Every single person from the sales agent to the delivery men were so nice and did an awesome job. They went far and beyond to accommodate me as a customer. Amazing Furniture Store!

WARNING: TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bought a bedroom set in September of 2021, The bed broke in May. They sent someone out to try and fix it. They did not succeed. It broke again September of this year. I went to the furniture store to get an exchange. They said it would cost $200 and $175 for delivery. I paid at the store. NINE DAYS LATER, the owner called me and said that they won’t take back the used furniture. THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE EXCHANGE, would not REFUND THE COST OF THE BED AND TAKE IT BACK, and TOOK MY EXCHANGE AND DELIVERY COST!

I lost a total of $4000 dealing with this place!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They lie to you when they make you sign for credit and you end up paying what you bought as 4 times more expensive.

What a pleasant experience. I've been to a dozen furniture stores this weekend.so when I say this the best experience I have had, I mean it!
They greeted me upon arrival, swapped names.they didn't hawk on me the whole time and just waited for me to need them, it was fantastic.the lady zanna was helpful and kind.and had some neat music playing also

We have purchased almost all of our furniture from Big Al’s and I have had a great experience. With Al the stock ashes that other companies are dealing with, this has been the best place for me to find the furniture I want always delivered within the week. Prices are always fair in my opinion and I love the people… it’s my first stop when shopping for our home.

Best furniture store in Georgia. I went to multiple furniture stores to find the best price on a particular bedroom set. Not only did they have it in stock but it was cheaper than all the other stores in the state. I’ll definitely be back for their living room sets as well

This place has the most unique furniture I’ve seen. I’m not one to leave reviews but I keep getting compliments over and over from the furniture and decor I purchased from here. The quality is great and all my family and friends talk about is the furniture I get from here. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES AND GREAT FURNITURE. I know it’s been difficult getting furniture since covid but after 3 days my furniture was delivered and I love it. Thank you Eddie and zaina for helping me with all the great pieces in my home. Looks nice but very overpriced and cheap they want a arm leg and thigh for this cheap stuff and not willing to work with u on prices I love their furniture just not the prices or the negative vibes I don't understand ppl who wants to sell things yet cherish it like they can die with it u either gone sell it or die trying with these prices and I've never seen a funeral with a Uhaul following behind get over your Money Hungryness its not healthy or good for business

I bought about $5,000 worth of furniture from here, in August. Here we are in November and every single piece has broken in some way …. And I’m a single woman with no children …. SMH. Ridiculous. The master bed broke within a week and the owner did come out and add reinforcements that are now no longer supporting it and the other bed with a speaker and lights has completely flatlined. Don’t get me wrong, the furniture looks good, sounds good but it isn’t quality …. And that’s unfortunate because now I’m $5000 out with not much to show for it.

Came here because we wanted to support a local business but they are they worst. I ordered a bedroom set December 15th 2020 it’s now April 15th 2021 and still haven’t received my items. It was told to me that I would have my bedroom set in February 2021 because of Covid and I agreed to that but four months later and I’m still getting the same answer is just ridiculous. Also their policy is if you want to cancel they will take 30% of you money. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE!
