Big Lots reviews
24Nice people. They talked to me asked me if I needed help with anything. Need to be cleaned up a little. But a good store
Kai was especially helpful and kind during my shopping so I could find and buy all I needed for our large family and rentals. Clean store, great prices, friendly people! Highly recommended!
SKY, a sales representative at this store, is awful. He speaks to you with so much authority and takes deep breaths out of frustration while saying, o gosh. He doesn't even try to reason with the customer. It was an awful experience I had with this person I called corporate.
The older employees are always super nice but the recently hired younger people are not the same. Maybe they will learn how to treat customers better.
Big Lots used to have better products before. There were times that I've found items from Germany, Dutch, France and Italy. It is not what it used to be anymore.
Big Lots has come a long ways since I last shopped here. Good selection of housewares, activities for the kids, decent grocery aisles with competitive prices. Furniture is good quality and affordable. Will definitely be back!
Well stocked and store was immaculate. Love shopping at Venture Dr.and 124 in Snellville; Stone Mountain location on 78 is great too. Staff at all these locations are always professional and pleasant
Can't really blame the store but Covid caused all stores to appear looted. No supply of anything I needed.
Just moved so I'm loving the bargains and low prices good place to for quality and unique houseware finds
Always a good experience. The store is well organized and they have great deals everyday and occasional 15 or 20% off Saturdays or Sundays for your entire purchase. Good friendly customer service as well from the store associates.
They had a fan being advertised as $19.99, but the box said $39. The advertised price showed the same specs as the $39 box price. The manager Bobby refused to honor the advertised price and was rude about the entire situation. Even if he can't honor an advertised price, the customer service was lacking on his part. Hey Big Lots! Thanks to Bobby you've lost a customer. Good day.
I shop here a lot but on today was the first bad experience I had here and I'm really disappointed. I entered the store asking if was someone in furniture because I was picking up my mattress, box spring, and tv stand they we're holding. I went to furniture and saw a man who worked there (not knowing he was the manager). He said "how you doing " then walked away not asking me if I could help with something. I had to walk back up front and ask do assistance in furniture because he failed to ask. The lady I'm furniture was so nice bless her heart. The first thing we put on the truck was the mattress and as we walking by up front I asked his name and he told me "Wes" we kept proceeding to the truck then he wants to come out to help in which I feel because I asked him his name. I truly feel he told the other male not to help. His demeanor doesn't fit to be that of a store mamnager. Not customer oriented or willing to help until I ask you're name.
As I walked in my two kids wanted ice cream dots so I got 2 and paid for them. Cashier forgot to give me the receipt I continued with my shopping then as I am checking out my items the security (a.k. A.) high school drop out looking guy. Starts getting close to my 5 year old checking to see if he had any items on him then the cashier had to let him know that I had already paid for my sons ice cream.moral of the story is.if you work in the LP department you're not doing your job right. You should me on eyeaite monitoring who steals and who doesnt.you should had been on the cameras checking that I paid for those things.this guy is lucky I dont have time to put a complaint to corporate and accuse of harrasment.last time I shop here
Fun!
Big Lots is genuinely fun. They have a little bit of everything - from home goods to food. The home decor is often really cute and originally overpriced. Wait a week or two or go after a holiday and prices are slashed. I have gotten fuzzy winter socks here, cute coffee cups, candles, holiday decor, chocolate, and ibuprofen in one visit. I enjoy walking around and looking. They also have cute dinnerware for amazing prices. What can I say? Big Lots is fun.
Great place for deals. Especially during the friends and family discount weekend. 20% off everything!
Great service Dewayne wad awesome he helped me pick out a nice sofa he has lots of knowledge on products at the store I will be back cause of how he treated me and the lady who sold me the sofa as well she was awesome but I 4got her name.
Can find some interesting things there, including organic and healthy foods, also foreign and gourmet for good prices. Stock can be rather changeable due too the nature of the discount store.
If your going to work or shop here it's the friendliest place with the best prices on furniture and the products. I love my local Big Lots
It is average size Big lots with good furniture inventory. Do to large amount of shoppers you need visit often because clearance items move quickly
I like this location. While in the neighborhood, check out Ollie's, too! Great bargains at both stores.
