Big Lots, Newnan GA

One of our son’s favorite places. What makes it great for us is our son is autistic and they seem to remember him and greet him. Super cool.

Was looking for a Christmas tree skirt that was not a ridiculous price but still cute. Found one and it was on sale. Big lots doesn’t get the credit it deserves.

It was expensive! I haven't been to a Big Lots in a couple of years. Now, I remember why!

Very clean and well-lit store. Well organized shelves. Even better since the remodel, the bathrooms are right up front where you can find them.

The store in nice and seems inviting, sino things are pricey, though they can have some discounts. That being said, my review with 2 stars is because of the rudeness of Mr Jeff (worker) towards Mrs Marry (worker) he was cashing out another lady very pleasantly and Mrs Marry was helping us to find a discount on the computer, then she ask him politely how to do it and he was like and quote “then do it” “just do it” “make a ticket” but annoyed that she asked. In front of everyone and she apologized to us, and even defending him saying that she has to ask for his freaking approval to do it. Sonó said now you know next time you don’t have to. He was rude and she’s a senior, he needs to learn to respect people. I give 5 stars to her 0 to him.

Bought a universal remote there. And a few days later I tried to exchange it because it was defective. But they didn't have any in stock. Except one that was only three dollars more. The cashier was young and didn't have any personality. And kind of rude. She refused so I asked for the manager. Wow, he was even more rude and degrading towards me. He finally agreed to refund my money minus twenty percent. Seriously? I just took the broken remote back and left the store. Called corporate. And later I received a call from the general manager of that store. All he did was apologize. I'm still stuck with a broken remote and out the money I paid for it. Don't go there. Unprofessional and rude employees who act like they are being held against their will there.

I'm very unhappy with the state of this place. Your cashiers are ridiculously rude and hopelessly unfit to feed my dog as that may be the only job fit for their skill level.

They had mark down prices, but if you want buy some things you would have to put it together. Over all great store

Not an organized store. They couldn't locate even a movers number to call. Had to pick our own furniture up. SAD

Will not sell the furniture and they say they are always sold out. Store manager is a liar.

Found what we needed! New king size pillows. Two for $20 which is awesome since Serta is usually $18 each. They really do have good deals

Big Lots in Newnan always goes above and beyond in customer service and pricing. Live these guys!

I have shopped at this store since they opened almost 20 years ago, and I love all the great products that are available here. Also, prices are usually less expensive than the average store prices. I was given a discount because my daughter works for Amazon! Woohoo!
