Big Lots, Decatur GA

Store lanes have all been changed and moved around since my last visit a few Months ago but pleasant visit.

Sparse pickings and I thought a little pricier than I remember. But I guess you can find a bargain if you really look hard enough.

Inventory is not correct. Lysol disinfecting spray is not in inventory. Associate said they haven't had it for a while. So don't go running thinking you gone find some.

I went in to simply price and purchase a bookshelf. While in the furniture area, no one addressed me, l waited and looked at the associates, thinking that they would at least attempt to assist me. Nope! The store was very empty. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THE LACK OF IT!

Very friendly and professional customer service. My items were not in store but I did get a comparable Brand.

Customer service lacking. Needed a price was a brown skin older guy setting shelves. Didnt make 1 effort to assist us in finding the price, but took 10 minutes to chat with coworker. STORE was extra dirty paper on the floor and shelves messy.sad.

Let's all hope the young lady at the checkout has a better day. It takes little effort to at least pretend to be pleasant.

The merchadise was in abundace, and at an etremely good price. The employees were so knowledgable about the contents within the store itself, & very helpful. As per normal, keep up with your receipt incase of any issues. I belive this to be an excellent place to shop!

I love this place. I always spend more money than i plan. They have lots of house hold things we need and use.

Store clerk came to work with a scarf on as if she was going to bed. Manager refused to help cuatomers when line was long. Never responded to customers when asked if he would check them out. Store organized.

The cashier was very disrespectful to a elderly man and all he wanted her to do is to call for another cashier and she talk so nasty to him she had a long line she only calls someone for help one time

Phoned in order ahead, there was no wait. Food was fresh, tastefully prepared and a big portion. Consistently good service & food. My favorite: shrimp tacos, simply delicious.
A plus: This business supported the Toney Valley Scholarship Auction. Wonderful to have this bistro in my neighborhood. Menu offers a wide variety.

This is one of the few good biglots that they have on this side of town. The store shelves are always kept stocked up and the store has plenty of associates to help you. The aisle are kept clear and clean. They carry a wide range of merchandise, household goods, furniture, food, seasonal decor, cleaning products, etc. They are located in a big strip mall with a huge parking lot. Also the parking is free. Another plus is the are has lots of food establishment and south Dekalb mall is right across the street. My only complaint the traffic is bad and they need to either expand the candler road or get more police to monitor the speeding and crazy drivers.

I was able to purchase the items that I went to get at Big Lots. Reasonable prices, helpful staff, they greeted me when I first came in the store. They have a small frozen food section, that was a nice surprise. The cashier was very careful to wrap my fragile items and double bag as necessary. The only problem I had was that there several items that did not have a price, but the cashier made special effort to look them up. I give the a 4.5

The store size is good and spacious. The bathroom was horrible and disgusting. I liked the furniture dept however the cashiers and managerial staff were not very professional. They were openly talking about customers

Prices have gotten to expensive for goods near expiration. Once s great store now just over priced. But I like the me look.

Great place to get certain items at a discount, it's always good to be aware of price differences. Some items are cheaper while others are far more expensive than anywhere else.

The store itself was okay, bathroom was the worst. I heard the cashier complaining about a customer to the manager and instead of the manager keeping it professional he added that if a customer makes him mad he'll go right back at them.not cool. I liked some of the furniture a lot though.

Great store customer service is fantastic especially when you go to the furniture Department very helpful knowledgeable they wait on you hand and foot I like that store was neat clean really love the store
