16This is a GREAT PLACE to purchase a vehicle! I have dealt with the same dealer for over 40 years. I had purchased from them while in GA, they delivered it to my home. Then one day I stopped in Billy Cain Ford, a truck had caught my eye. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Ryan. He was super, he explained the vehicle and showed me several like it. I saw one I liked, and the purchase process was easier than anything I had experienced. They were so friendly but yet very professional. I usually trade every two years, so my FL dealer called to tell me it's time for a new truck. I informed them I had chosen a New Dealer, Billy Cain Ford of Cornelia, he couldn't believe it. The personal friendly service that Billy Cain of Cornelia is second to none. Try them you will be glad you did.

After checking with multiple local dealers in the area around Buford, GA for a new/used service vehicle I contacted Billy Cain Ford regarding an ad. I drove up expecting the usual poorly described service van and drove home a happy purchaser. We will be back. Great people make a solid business.
Was not helpful at all. And you can hook up to see what code was thrown without charging $135.00. Left and went to Auto Zone, where they were very helpful and told me what was wrong without charging me a dime.
We purchased a vehicle from this location and still do not have a title over 70 days later. The manager admitted that they did not hold the title free and clear when we purchased the vehicle but failed to tell us. We are about to have a vehicle we cannot use because registration cannot be processed by our county. We told him we would have to take legal action if they did not produce the title for the car which we purchased, and we were told to go ahead. The manager hung up on us. Will NEVER do business here again. Buyer beware this extremely dishonest location that sold us a car for which they DID NOT HOLD THE TITLE!
Can't say enough good things about Billy Cain's Service Department! Knowledgeable and friendly. You can't do better within 100 miles of ATL. Unlike service departments in the ATL area, they keep the customer informed and it "doesn't" take 4 hours for an oil change.

Drove 2 Hours to buy a vehicle, sales person was great. However you need to pay very close attention and/or record your interaction with the finance office. I was told when i asked about the price of the vehicle if it included tax, tag and title. "yes sir" was the answer I received. Well this is not true and now I am fighting with my local tag office to be allowed to drive my vehicle on the road.
Best car purchase experience ever! Cornelia has friendly, not pushy staff, felt they really wanted me to find vehicle I wanted. Staff very knowledgeable and clearly explained vehicle operation and paperwork. Thanks, Randy, you took away the sting of having a car payment again. Absolutely, no buyer's remorse!
Reasonable and fair doc fees, and no attempts for hidden charges. Harry and Dan kept it matter-of-fact. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again from them.
This company appears to have a very good mechanics group and an outstanding service contact in Frida. Unfortunately management has some very onerous policies to squeeze every penny out of the customer. I paid a 4% charge of my overall bill just to use my credit card. ($86) In addition they charge you a diagnostic fee ($136) over and above the amount paid for repairs. For this reason, I cannot recommend this dealership. They are not customer friendly. Next time I need a dealership I will look elsewhere. I have two Ford products and would have used them for all my service work based on Frida alone but I can’t trust the billing department of this company.
