Sell you the stoves with sensor on them had to go back buy regular stove eye.not a very good way to do business. You shouldn't sell someone a piece of junk knowing it's no good.

We went to get a stove and ended up getting a washer and dryer also! The sale girl was great and the delivery people were terrific also.

Very helpful, and a LOT of merchandise at great prices. They even delivered to us in Cleveland TN AND showed up when they said they would! They'll be our first stop for major appliances now.

Bought both washer and dryer there, within 2 weeks both issues, dryer making loud noise, and washer won't spin, they picked up and said they fixed them, now my washer has stopped yet again 2 months later, same issue! I called today about paying the $50 fee to pick up and fix, she said 'no fix here no more'. I ask about trading out then since it's not working again, she said "no we can do nothing". This set was $563. Rip off on All used appliances. Very disappointing, now my washer is full of water will not spin out. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.

Today was my third appliance I've purchased from Blanca's. The store is logically laid out where it's easy to find what you're looking to purchase. The lady was helpful and friendly. The delivery guys were friendly as well. Keep in mind these are used appliances and you'll probably get about 3-4 years use. For what you pay it's equivalent to 5 months of going to the laundromat without the inconvenience. A pretty good deal in my opinion.

The first washer we bought from them quit working after 2 weeks! We bought a set last month and they did not even work correctly. So they brought us a new set and now the dryer stopped working top it off they dont answer the phone half the time!

How do i get my money back i went twice already and my dryer aint worth it makea loud noise i went first time and the dryer i had would take forever to warm up second time we went to exchange and we paid more for second one is worse then first one and lady in there is rude so i want to know if i can just get my money back i bought ut last week

They charge for delivery. You would think if you purchased from them they would deliver for free.nope. They only give their warranties 60 days. Even for the new machines that are only scratched and dented.

Bought a set of washer and dryer when they delivered it to me it was the wrong set and it look worse then what I payed for and the guy who delivered to us kept telling it the set yall purchase anyone who buys and get it delivered please check and make sure it the right set you purchase
