Blossman Gas

Propane leaking out of vent on regulator. Lost 60% one summer (only used for heating), 40% the next. Asked every time to check for leaks. Guess what, they couldn’t find any leaks. Made a video of the vent blowing up a ballon and sent it to the manager. Regulator changed and guess what, no more leaks over the summer. 2 years later we only lose 5% over the summer, but I can still smell propane coming from the vent. Asked to check again, can’t find leak, charged $150 for the service. Leaking propane is not only wasting my money, but also dangerous! There are other options out there, I am blindly referring them over this blossman operation.

Came to fill my bbq tank but no one is avaliable to fill except at 8am before the drivers leave. Don't bother.

Nothing but the best customer service all the way around including install crews. Everyone I have worked with here are so awesome to deal with. From the laddies in the office to all the install crews personnel. They have exceeded my needs and expectations for sure. If you have any propane gas needs please give them a call. Cyndy was such a great help with budget billing when propane costs so much! She is always kind and willing to go the extra mile to help you out.

Took 15 months to fix my fireplace heater in my bedroom. Buck doesn’t return phone calls or emails. I finally found the parts and had them installed but they tried to charge me three times for a diagnostic and then when they accidentally slit my line which caused them to have to come out again they charged me without my consent and overdrafted my account. I notified corporate and received no response. If my tank was not buried I would have changed months ago. I feel very stuck and lied too many times. Been with them for 14 years.

Being a new home owner and new to the state, I must admit it was unexpected to see us blow through 100+ gallons of propane in a couple weeks! It is right before an ice storm and I am nearly out of propane. I got my paperwork transferred a day late and they were completely booked out for get my tank filled before the big storm. I was panicking. Sara at the front desk and the tech that service our area came up with a plan to get our inspection and tank fill done before cold came in. Thank you Blossman Gas!

Gas logs installed wrong by the time I found out ruined marble on fireplace - called no return call finally picked up tank-worst place would not recommend

My tank rental has doubled this year. I pay way more in rental than I use in gas. Buyer beware. It will take me 5 years to use up my gas, by then I should own the tanks!

I have been trying to order and PAY for gas logs from Blossman since 12/31. Every time you call it goes to a call center now. I have requested a call back multiple times. This is ridiculous I am trying to give them business. Terrible customer experience and sad bc I don't think you can purchase from other businesses because you have to purchase gas from them. So disappointing.
Update. Received a call back a few hours later and they ordered them. Ill edit review again install goes excellent. I know they are busy but need to work on call backs.

The service tech broke a gas line in my fireplace. It took the manager Buck 30 days to get out to fix it. Now six months later it still does not work. He’s been supposed to call me back for two weeks and still has not. Terrible customer service from management!

I have been a customer for a long time. I called 2 weeks ago with no returned call, called again to give the benefit of doubt, still no returned call. I called again today only to be left on hold for 7 minutes listening to the repeating message they are growing and hiring. Sorry guys, this is not the way to run a business.

Had recently purchased my home lived in it 4 months well I pulled up in my driveway to find 2 of your employees on my property locking my tank when asked what are you doing the guy said you have been locked put and owe the previous homeowner 450.00 for the tank he didnt say he needed to come into my home just said we have to do a safety check on your pilot lights he said you get things straight we had to fill out a credit app in our names to be able to get more propane which was fine until we decided to switch companies because another was cheaper. Come to find out his safety check he did they billed us for 81.87 and said it must be paid before you can switch for the safety check. Let me remind you all reading this review I was never told we would have to pay for it he said he had to do one.blossmon is a RIP off! Do not use them it was like throwing 87.81 and throwing it in the street. They treat people terrible. Please think about this before signing on with them
