Blossman Gas

My account was with the cartersville office. They took a long time to bring my tank and gas. Our heater was blowing flames out and up, the tech came out and turned the gas flow up at the tank. They charged us $154. We told them it was worse and the tech said he can't do anything about it, we would have to buy another heater. They didn't care about our safety at all, they only cared about the money. We switched to Bartow Propane and my heater works great. They picked their tank up and sent me a bill for $100 for picking up their tank.

I paid for a fill a week ago today. The area I live in has twice a week they service this area, Tuesdays and Fridays for me. I was advised when I paid my hard earn money "if it wasn't the next Tuesday, it will be Friday. " I advised them of the percentage left in the tank. The cold front is coming in, so I gave plenty of time for the company to provide their services after payment. Now we are on the Friday when I should be getting what I paid for. I called in to the Cartersville location. I was advised that I'm not scheduled for today. Now I'm dangerously low on gas and may run out of heat. I did everything in my powers to provide plenty of time for services, and I provided payment up front. Now, this company is putting their customer in a dangerous situation of running out of heat in freezing weather. This is unacceptable. I told the lady I'm going to run out of gas, most likely before yall decide to refill my tank. She advised me she would tell the driver. Well, I know the driver only gets a schedule given to them, so I don't see how telling the driver is going to get me what I have paid for.

I just want to say thank you soooo much for my delivery tonight. I ordered the gas kind of last minute, and you still came here and filled my tank. With the snow.ice.cold we'll be getting this week-end this was FANTASTIC! Thank you and thanks to the man who was here at dark.

I never leave bad reviews like this.but I’ve called Blossman gas 2 times now. Spoke to the same lady and she had the same horrible, unprofessional, not welcoming attitude as the first time I called trying to set up services. I can see I’m not the only person that has experienced her “lovely attitude. ” Hopefully they notice all the business they are losing with her being the “face” of the company. Blossman gas in Cartersville-please take her off the calls.
