Very horrible service that big lady has a very bad attitude looks like she doesn't like her very much she should be fired she was very rude and missed up our phone now we don't have a working phone I went back n she just got mad at us for asking for help wow very horrible person

Came into the store on 02/22/2021. And I have been trying to leave this review and finally figured it out. So, I went into this store. Honestly, I was just LOOKING at phones THINKING about upgrading in maybe the next month or so. So I went in and was greeted my this amazing young lady with an amazing infectious smile. It was a day for me so seeing her smile made my day. So long story short. I upgraded and she even talked me into buying a screen protector for my new phone. Her name was Monica, please ask her to never stop smiling because she will make anyone’s day brighter. I won’t go on. But visit her, she is absolutely amazing!
