2I have been trying to get someone on the phone and no one picks up. I purchased a new phone with no problem and when it came time for me to add my son it has been down hill. First the system went out and my number and name was taken for a call back and never got a call back for a status update I just had to keep coming to the store because no one answer the phone. Yesterday when I went up there the system was magically up after no phone call the process of adding my son began with a failure. Money was taken from my account and I was told that they will hold the charge and come back the next day. Returned to the store the next day for nothing to get accomplished once again which has gone on 1 month now and my money taken and no one answering the phone to discuss a refund.
I had to wait a while but Once I did it went smooth and easy to add then to be my telephone server I think I will be happy here
