Robert was very great, the guys who delivered were very professional!

UPDATE! I am a retuning customer and Ms Tesha definitely has been nothing but great! I love it here.

Staff was amazing, professional, gave us a really great price on a couch and love seat. Will definitely be a returning customer. Hands down the best place to buy your home furnishings.

Listen up let me tell y'all about the people that work at this store First off The customer service I got from employee Mrs. Dretesha and Mr. Jarnell was amazing man they made sure I got what I wanted and also it was delivered in a timely a safe manner I will definitely be back. But if you guys go and check them please asked for Mrs. Dretesha she made my time go by so smooth and she came to help deliverer my furniture and made sure it was done right Thank you Guys so much. You all deserve a raise.

DRETISHA WAS VERY POLITE, FRIENDLY, AND KIND. SHE MADE THE PROCESS EASY AND QUICK. JOHN WAS KIND AND MADE THE VERIFICATION PROCESS QUICK AND EASY.

John was very kind and was able to get me exactly what I needed.
The delivery guys were on time and very helpful with getting everything setup for me! 10/10 recommend shopping at Buddy’s with great prices!

I absolutely love this store the manager the other workers and the delivery guys are so professional and extremely helpful. If your looking for a great experience this is the place to go they treat everyone with the upmost respect if I could give them 100 stars I would definitely give it to them.

I love the Store manger He knew me before I came into the store that makes a customer feel Loved and welcome with open arms! Process was FAST AND VERY SIMPLE, my delivery Driver Chan Was Amazing! I would 10/10 recommended this store only! I’m very happy with the Customer Service I have gotten so far! From the owner to the manger to the the driver EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

As we were walking into the store, we noticed a salesman standing behind the desk. We made eye contact with him and asked questions about their products. He stared @ us as if we had no business in his store and NEVER responded or greeted us. We were very interested in buying a bed and told him. He never moved from his desk, offered any assistance or communicated. We were the Only customers present (11am) and asked him why he was being rude. He simply shrugged his shoulders and turned his back to us. I could not believe how we were treated! His behavior was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! You would think that a person skin color is no longer a factor in being assisted but.we never received greetings or assistance even after complaining to him about his behavior. He treated us like gum underneath his shoes. I wouldn't advise anyone to shop here during first shift.

BEWARE! Do not work here. Don’t shop here. Horrible company. Horrible store manager, Ray. Cheap furniture. Pay $13 and will create work such as janitorial work for delivery drivers just because they feel entitled to or simply because “it appears like you’re just sitting around with nothing to do. ” Don’t even think about asking for help because Ray will make you feel like you’re suppose to “just know” or in his words “figure it out! ” For a company being new to the area, definitely not a good start. Micromanaging everything when the job isn’t that serious. Another set of guys sitting on their high horses looking down on others. Best wishes Buddy’s Home Furnishings.

If I could give zero stars I would the manager was nice and very welcoming and a very good sales man as for the Associates none of them have a clue Shay never knows what’s going on and always transfers you to the finance guy who is extremely rude and unprofessional I thought I would have an experience different from Rent-A-Center or AARONS and it was exactly the same what’s on the website doesn’t even match up to what’s in the store and if you do want some thing that’s not in the store you have to wait 6 to 12 weeks if not longer just like Rent-A-Center and Aarons the delivery man came to my house and left black marks all up my stairs and on my walls because they were not careful the bed that was delivered was non-functioning they claimed it was the remote we had to do our own research and call a company that makes the bed just to figure out that it was the control box under the bed that was broken The delivery man put several light scratches on a table that was brand-new when I received it while putting it together and there is electrical tape and duct tape on all of the corners of the bed as if it was dragged and not taken care of. After getting everything sorted out I called today to set a payment arrangement and double my payments and I was told that I can’t because it’s my first payment when technically my deposit was my first payment. Just save yourself some time and go to Rent-A-Center same process same furniture slightly more professional at least

They will provide you with in-depth product insight, and if you communicate your decorating needs, they'll give you a suite of furnishing options that best suit your real objectives without the pushy sales pressure we most often receive at most furniture stores.

The delivery team, including Mark, are also professional and diligently & cordially execute their duties to provide a smooth delivery experience. I couldn't have been more pleased.

I am a very angry Customer because I called in todayI spoke with somebody named Ray who claims he was Corporate And I was letting him know that my bed headboard broke And he started to be Sarcastic and make jokes about what did I do and that sort which I didn't find it funny at all Ray was very unprofessional and really thought it was funny but when you are spending your money you shouldn't have to go through what he just put me through at all. I'm a very dissatisfied customer then he asked me when you want us to pick it up they need to remember there are other rental places.
