Why is it they never have enough registers opened in this place? They always have 2 or 3 registers at a peak time. And this was the same before Covid so don’t use Covid as an excuse!: - (…. 20 mins later, still waiting in line!

Obviously don’t want to make money only 3 cashiers open on a busy day. Lines wrap around all the way to home decor. People are leaving their carts because of the long wait time. Either hire more cashiers or take employees off the floor and move them to ring people up.

The manager or lady works at front is extremely rude. The clerk made a duplicate chage so I asked them to correct it. They did not apologize neither a proper action. Unprofessional and never going back. Disappointment at Burlington.

Poor Customer services. Once we are in line, it takes an hour to check out even in weekdays. I can’t think about shopping in weekend. They need to have fastest checkout policy! It needs to open more counter and provide good service to it’s customers. It’s horrible to shop in here.

Long lines to enter the store. Once you're in, all the merchandise has been picked through and is highly disorganized. And long lines to check out too. Won't be coming back in quite a while.

Store itself is average like every other Burlington, its just the cashiers are unprofessional and inefficient. Seen and overheard the cashier and manager (seems like this manager has a bad streak with other customers judging from other reviews) talking badly about a customer who was asking for a discount and made fun of them after they left. It seems like they mistreat Hispanics and any other race that doesn't seem to speak english fluently. Racism at its finest. Better hope you don't need to return, exchange, or anything else related to bringing back an item.

I made a purchase on the 24th of December, I purchased a few items for my little girl for Christmas. When I went to wrap one of the sweaters (it was black) I noticed what appeared to be a stain of some sort in the middle of the sweater and the sleeve. When I went to return it, December 28th, a mere FOUR days later.the young lady informed me that she would have to ask her manager.ummmmmm WHAT? I was WAITING for them to tell me “NO”! If you make a purchase from here, you better darn sure examine it before you leave! I went through the items I was purchasing with part of the exchange and 1 of the items sure enough had a stain! If you’re going to be hesitant with returns, especially within the week you better make darn sure your clothes are clean before they go on the rack to be sold! Poor poor business etiquette!

Big shop, prices are reasonable. But the line for payment may be the worst in the whole country. Need more cashier for check out. Two or three cashiers not enough for this store. If you don't have enough time, choose a different store, not Burlington.

This Burlington is huge! I love to buy here there are a lot of choices. The lady in the fitting room was amazing thank you for being so nice! There is not good customer service at the cashier I’m very disappointed how Angel was impolite it will be more pleasant to buy here with a great attitude staff:)

You can’t return anything. I bought a candle that smelled nothing like I smelled at the store when I lighted at home. I’m very disappointed with the customer service. They were very rude.

Very nice store. Great clearance section. But it would be great if the employees could speak english. They seemed to have no idea what I was asking for. They walked me all around the store for 15 minutes. Next time I'll just bring a translator.

This store has gone down not much to buy becuse of customers taring up the store. Associate's no where to be found or to clean up.

The BEST Burlingto Coat Factory I have ever been to. The store is stocked well, is impeccably clean and the staff and managers that are employed there are incredibly helpful. Keep up the good work!

La peor tienda de Burlington en la que he estado. Mientras compraba algunas cosas, mi billetera fue robada. De inmediato fui al frente y ninguno de los empleados quería ayudarme. Entonces llamé a la policía que fue a revisar las cámaras, pero resulta que en el momento en que perdí la billetera las cámaras no estaban enfocando ahí eso me dijeron cuando supuestamente revisaron las camaras. Estoy bastante segura de que alguien la robó porque trate de encontrarlo muchas veces y no estaba en la sección en la que estaba cuando la perdí. Ellos no hicieron nada para ayudarme. Si pudiera, le daría a este lugar un gran CERO
Worst Burlington store I have ever been. While I was buying some stuff my wallet was stolen. I immediately went to the front and none of the employees wanted to help me. So I called the police who went to revise the cameras but they did not revised the place where I lost it. I'm pretty sure that somebody took it because I try to find many times and it was not in the section that I was when I lose it. They did nothing to help me. If I could I would give this place a big ZERO

One of the cashiers smelled like feet and musty as hell. Personal hygiene should be enforced at this Burlington.

Excellent collection of winter wears in economical cost. Recommend anyone looking to buy warm cloths this should be the first place to visit.

I love it in the morning very clean, quiet, pleasant and fast checkout! I also love the layaway option.

Dont appreciate being profiled or monitored by employees or what seems to be customers besides this store coincidentally never has what am searching for

I always enjoy shopping at Burlington. The only small problem I have is the long checkout lines. But today it was a little better than in the past.

They fell off bad! They use to have all the latest fashion, now it's a lot of over priced no name clothes! Sad because the variety was second to none. I looked and looked and looked some more, nothing!
