Burlington, Marietta GA

Bought a pair of sweatpants and then found some of the seams were already ripping, so I brought them back a few days later to exchange them. They would not let me return the ripped pants even though I had the receipt. Customer service here is beyond awful. I definitely won’t shop at this place again.

This Is A Great store ; I had an Amazing Experience. On Top Of that I was Approved For A Credit Line.

I always shop here but today one of the workers was staring at me while I was shopping like I was gonna take something. It was very uncomfortable. And I feel it was cause I was black with a hoodie on. I won’t be coming here ever again.

I have shopped at Burlington for over 25 years, but won't be back. Employees here are slow, untrained, rude and haven't the slightest notion of what customer service means. This store won't remain open much longer with this level of incompetence.

What’s the purpose of putting a number down if you still can’t return it and get your money back? BS!

Helen the Cashier is horrible, horrible, horrible. No customer service training at all, and she is painfully slow at her job. Literally 2 people in line and one being checked out. Each have ONE item, and I'm waiting for 20 minutes? Then when it's finally my turn to get checked out and the very end of my checkout.the phone rings! Helen instead of bagging my one item, makes me wait picks up the phone and begins helping the customer on the phone. Then tells me and points saying my item is "right there". Ok? I'm thinking aren't you going to bag my item or do I have to walk out with my receipt and item in hand because you were "busy with a new customer on the phone". She begins slowly grabbing a bag (at this point I'm thinking it's a joke) then stops! And takes her hands off the bag, tells the customer on the phone to "hold on while she checks" and instead of flipping the hell out. I decided to do her job and get the hell out of this place! I grab the bag on her side of the counter bag my item which takes 2 damn seconds and leave without her saying one word to me at all! WHAT IN THE WORLD IS HAPPENING WITHIN BURLINGTON? ! Can you say. Burlington needs customer service training or Burlington needs to do better? Or Maybe Helen just needs to go! Absolutely will not be back!

My question is, why does the fitting room close so early in a store that mostly sells clothes? It's ridiculous.

This is where customers come to die a long, slow, agonizing death while waiting to be checked out.

Shopping experience still good. Some aisles are missing and shelving removed. Lots of empty space. Don't know what's going on with that.

Store is poorly merchandised, very unkempt and disheveled. The only good thing I can say was that it was well lit. Will not go back.

Love coming here always new stuff and thw clothes is priced great. The clearence is really clearance

This place was a dump. Many of the racks were bare, as was the back of the store. It really looked like they were going out of business. I asked one of the workers if they were waiting for a shipment of inventory and the only explanation I got was no. The items they had were hanging off and crooked on hangers. There was no professional attire to be found. There was scaffolding and workers across the front entrance.enter at your own risk.

Great customer service at Burlington Terrell mill and Cobb parkway location. Excellent prices too.

Was doing shuttle in their lot got ran off. I won't spend my money at burlington no more and there is one where I live but they will not get my money.

I love Burlington.
Every now and then you may show up and they'll need restocking. But like with store of it's kind, it won't be too long be fore you find something good.
The customer service is pretty good too.
And it seems genuine.:)

Changing rooms aren't very clean. Staff will not acknowledge you, which I get, because there aren't very many of them, and there is no hurry to get a line out the door. Also, dress pants are $30. Just like JCPenney's​. Not the same deals they used to have.

Found what I was looking for in less than 5 minutes plus extra things I needed that I didn't intend to buy there, but they were great bargains.
