Art Maddox was great at keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle. Art was very down to earth and not the usual car salesman who is rushing you thru just to make a sale. General Manager is first class and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a higher level of professionalism than shown at typical high volume stores. I not only gained a car but a friend out of the experience. This is the exception not the rule when I have purchased cars from other dealerships.

Butler Lexus have been on their game with service and maintenance of my 06 IS350. I have visited several Lexus Dealership on the east coast from Maryland to Alabama.and I haven’t meet a more professional, Courteous maintenance representative as Kayla, Thank You and the mechanics for your 1st class service.

I have been here 3 times in three months and each time I feel th e job was half done. The I have had to bring my car back after the first two services to be rechecked and the last service I was here for three hours and didnt even get a courtesy car wash.

The service providers were friendly, timely and Rod Love completely explained the entire process of what was being covered in the 189K maintenance service and why. My car is running smoothly and I'm completely satisfied.
