Butler Tires and Wheels, Alpharetta GA

I had issue with my front tires, my own fault. I hit a hidden cut out in the dark one night. Took my Benz in to inspect front end, tires and wheels. To my chagrin the tires were trashed as well as front end needing a bad alignment. The associate, David Martinez assisted me with my issue. It was later found that not only were the above needing repair but my wheel (rim) was also bent and damaged. This also needed repair from an outside source. David my associate took control of the situation and got the car aligned, new tires and made arrangements from outside source to correct my wheel and all within a day! Very impressed. Before returning my car to me he had the four wheels corrected with the proper spacers and now the ride is superb! So, hats of to Butlers Customer Service and the sales associate David Martinez. Good job fellows and thank you!

The manager, Courtney, called me a day later and apologized for my experience and offered to do the work at the original quoted price. Tires and level kit installed. Quality of work is great and thanks to Courtney, all is well.

On two separate occasions, I've gotten quotes for service from this shop over the phone and when I get there to have the work done, I'm told the quote was incorrect and that it will be more than what I was quoted. Today, I went to have a level kit and new tires installed. I was quoted $620 on the phone and was told $945 in the shop. The excuse on BOTH occasions was that the person that quoted me on the phone was new. Either train your people better on how to quote work or stop doing shady business and stand behind your quotes.

I was having issues getting tires and wheels that I had bought installed at several tire shops, we requested a referral on line and so many people said Butler Tire is the place to go. The manager from Butler replied as well and said they could do the job. I went to the Alpharetta location and they did a great job mounting and installing for me. Thanks Butler for coming to the rescue!

Just a top notch tire and wheel shop in Alpharetta. I’ve been to the other “discount” shops, but for me, their costs are not a whole lot different than going to a true professional shop, where all of the employees live and die this stuff! Ask for Courtney, he has taken care of me for many years, and truly knows his stuff. No high-pressure and no up selling.
