C-Tech, Gainesville GA

New to the Gainesville area and glad I chose C-TECH for my computer repair. Service was quick, reasonably price and their knowledge was above my expectation. I will use them again and will reconment them to family and frinds.

I've gone to this place twice, and both times, their work far exceeded my expectations. I'm relatively good with computers, but when it comes to hardware, I'm not good enough to trust myself on my own laptop. And my laptop contains just about everything I need for my life. When my laptop needs repairs, it needs them fast, and it needs them good. C-tech has delivered both.
My laptop is a custom gaming PC from an uncommon manufacturer. A lot of lower-quality repair places literally can't even figure out how to access the charger port on it. Which becomes a major issue when the charger port breaks. With my laptop essentially dead, I tried another place and was given fuzzy answers until I finally found out that they had no idea how to get to the charger port in the first place and were wasting my time.
Then I went to C-tech. I was told the truth: The charger port needed replacing. It would likely take about a week for the part to arrive (that's standard, unfortunately). He could TRY to make a temporary fix, but he can't guarantee anything.
As he worked, he made regular calls to keep me up to date on things. In order to access my charger port, he had to remove my laptop's keyboard, due to its odd design. When he did that, he found that a previous, similar repair had been done poorly (and by someone else), leaving the keyboard glued back in place improperly. Nothing he could do about that, but he assured me he'd do all he could.
Later, he called to tell me he might have found the part he needed to repair it, locally. Mind you, this is the same day I dropped it off, not several days later.
By midday the next day, he had repaired my laptop. It was charging just fine again. The only remaining problem was the keyboard, which he had to glue back in place due to the previous shoddy repairs. He knew I needed to get it back sooner rather than later, so he returned it then, saving the remaining repair for another day.
Several months later, the a key on my keyboard stopped working, and I finally had to get the keyboard replaced. I ordered the new part, brought it in with me, and it was repaired the same day, and far earlier than I'd expected.
If it wasn't for a previous, less competent repairman's shoddy work, my experience with C-tech would be perfect, and I'm certainly not going to hold someone else's work against them! 5/5, would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Great place to get a pc built or maintenanced. Has an awesome monthly service for companies. He comes in every month and maintains our computers.

C-Tech is just not a vendor for my company C-Tech is a part of my business. Very knowledgeable and offers a very comprehensive monthly service and maintenance program. I've been using C-Tech for 2 years and now they custom build all my computers. If you are looking for a responsive tech that knows what they are doing look no further.
