Happy, helpful staff. Locally owned and operated lawn equipment. The counter person Logan Stevens already had the part I needed when my boss called to place the order. All I had to do was walk in. State why I was there. I was given the part. I signed a piece of paper and walked out within 5 minutes.

The guy that helped me was very rude for no reason at all.as if he didn’t like me? All I was trying to do was purchase something. I ask a question and he got smart with me.he seemed like he may have been Prejudice or something! I wanted to fill out an credit app.and he looked at me as if I wasn’t gonna get approved or something. Kept saying things to discourage me from filling out.this is ridiculous and I refuse to spend my money at this location! This guy had white hair older guy.definitely gonna let everyone I know not to go there!

Had a chain $549.00 to be repaired. Two weeks out of warranty. No help. Wasn't able to pick up until two weeks after they called me that it was ready (my mother-in-law had passed). They had already disposed of my saw! Nothing to pick up! New bar and chain and practically new case.terrible customer service. Never shop there.

WOW! What a store. Captain Kangaroo knew the part i needed without even looking it up. They have the best looking group of guys in the business hands down!
