Last year we had to replace our a/c unit, the guys that came were not only professional, they were nice and very helpful. A few weeks ago we had it serviced and Ben Miller was great. He came back today to install surge protectors and we have requested him for all service in the future. He is also professional, helpful in explaining everything and an overall great guy. Please do not hesitate in using this company.

My was bathroom sink was clogged and I couldn’t get unclogged. I kept hearing a loud whistling sound coming from the bathroom toilet and figured out how to fix it.

Had leak under slab, tech did good job finding it and while we had other issues along the way, in the end got leak fixed. Issue I had was during repair a LOT of dirt got in line completely plugging toilet and tub faucet fixtures, front porch was trashed, window sill damaged and Has now been over 6 months trying to get them to fix what they broke. Have left over 20 messages for managers and have never got a response. Finally got a tech out for 4th time and maybe they will actually order the parts they said they did months ago. I replaced entire toilet parts and currently can only use tub by opening service door and turning on a valve under the tub.

Otis and entire Canady team did an outstanding job removing and replacing my 2 ton compressor and air handler. Went with a Bryan/Carrier system with 10 year warranty. Team arrived next day after Visit from Kevin. My system had been out for 5 days so speed of installation was high on our list of requirements. Team was on time, quickly disassembled and removed old system and installed new. Entire process took less than 4 hours. Impressive! System check and Cleanup were thorough as well. Thanks so much!

I completed a request for service form on their website Monday morning and I received a call back in about 5 minutes. The processed scheduled my arrive call for the following Wednesday and explained the process well. Omega Allen is the tech we came to fix our shower issue on Wednesday afternoon. Service tech said I needed a new capacitor then proceeded to give me an estimate of an undersized for my unit capacitor 35/5 when I needed a 45/5 and to charge me $178 for the work when the capacitor only costs $12 so $166 in labor for a half hours worth of work. Lol I won’t be calling this company back ever!

Excellent service for a heater that wasn’t working on a cold Christmas Eve. So thorough and I wasn’t even up charged for the weekend holiday. So grateful for the help this holiday.

Otis Lockhart along with two assistants changed out a 4 ton heating and air conditioning system. They worked as a team and did a professional job. I am pleased.
