Carrabba's Italian Grill reviews
29They made us wait over 2 hours for a table, but some of the food is good for a good price and some is rip off
The steak was good. Our server was awesome, so polite, and she made sure we had everything we needed.
Pork chops tough and dry. Ordered medium. Sauted brocolli mushy. Server rushed us. Not friendly. Did not refill water. Love carrabba's but this was such a disappointment
My fiancé an I decided to visit the sugarloaf location on Saturday May 22. The experience we received did not make us feel welcomed. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by 3 young kids, one who proceeded to walk us to a table. At that moment we politely asked for a booth and was told it would be 7 minutes for a booth, with a visibly clean booth nearby. Took 8 minutes for someone to even recognize us and take our drink order. We finally asked to move to a booth again, we got the irritated vibe from the waitress. She went to go check came back 5 minutes later and moved us to John’s area, where he was outstanding! We got our food from I assume another waitress, she then asked if we need anything else we said yes cheese please, she bring it back and sort of slung it on the table and walked off. Not sure if we will be back as we felt like some what a burden.
My fiancee took me as a surprise, this was great from start to finish it warmed my soul. Thanks for training your people, how to treat and respect the individual before you. Absolutely 10+
My family and I came here in celebration of Valentine's day. After careful thinking of where to go and dine in. We are very pleased. I am one that is very picky and particular about service, along with my five senses. Overall food was delicious. Drinks were on point. Only issues I had was the service with drinks (refills) and appetizers. The bread was okay the issue was it was a bit under cooked. The oil to dip was a little on the salty side. I ordered the chicken parmesan, my spouse ordered the steak and fettuccine as a side. My meal was good to be fairly honest. He bad no complaints. It was mostly minor things that still are very important that count with the overall experience of coming back or not along with recommending or not. We ordered dessert as well. That cheesecake is delicious. I would come back. I would tell a friend to go and so on. If you are coming here to have a good time. Definitely try the pomegranate martini
I would give this 5 stars because we LOVE IT HERE! What I did not like about this visit is that the hostess had so much perfume on that it burned my throat and I was at least 30 feet from her at all time. It was disgusting and I got a bad head ache from it. It was so nasty I had to tell her about it.
That said, I appreciate that all staff wore masks and took social distancing seriously for the protection of their patrons.
The server had ZERO personality and barely interacted with me. The food was just ok. The chicken breast size was smaller than I remembered. For almost 25 bucks it should have been much bigger or 2 if they were all that small. There is no way a 4 to 6oz chicken anything should cost more than a steak at a comparable restaurant. The recipes at Carrabba's are great but the portions are getting smaller and smaller.
Always good. Great service. They cater to my wants - I get a combination of Pasta Carabba and Pasta Weesie.
Great food and service all of the time. Great soup, pasta, and salads. I wish they had more locations!
Had another great time a carrabas! Filet mignon was very tender, the grilled shrimp and scallops in vodka sauce was excellent, the chicken bryan is a must try,
Great lunch the best, Try a 9oz filet cooked medium with grilled asparagus, house salad and a spedino on the side. Add a little ground parmesan cheese to the asparagus when it comes and you won't be disappointed.
Yummy bread w/ seasoned oil. Italian salad was good. Shrimp and scallops on pasta w/ red sauce was yummy. Thought the prices were a little high. Overall I recommend.
Great atmosphere and food, our server Joan was also excellent. Not the biggest fan of their complementary bread/oil but that's a personal opinion.
It was fabulous. We received a coupon for bogo in the mail. Our server was Yen she is really great.
I love this place and try never to miss coming by when I visit my old home town. I love that they always say yes and go out of their way to make me feel special. The pollo rosa maria is a little piece of heaven and I only wish they would make the move out to Washington state. God knows I have been patient in the 10 years I have been here.
Eating here is always a pleasant experience. The food is consistently good and the atmosphere laid back.
Always our go to place for Italian. Always clean and staff goes above and beyond to make your experience pleasurable.
The food was delicious. Our server did a great job. Especially in allowing us to get our free birthday dessert
Service was average restaurant score was a 87 "B". I have not been there in a few years. Has gone down hill.
