I do not know why hospitals use this service. I can contact the hospital directly for medical records. They continue to get my order wrong and do not make the records available to my provider. Horrible service.

Rude representatives on the phone, especially Lynn of customer service and Francis of Invoice Dept.
They better listen to how they deal with customers on the phone. Sooo disrespectful!

I have a doctors appointment next week for my child and was looking into getting his records. The rep mentioned copy service and I asked if there was a faster way to do this, and she gave me such an attitude. I asked about getting the records in person and she said, "Well it is Friday, is it even open? " Blown away by how rude.

Ciox Health reputation deserves zero stars. Unfortunately I don't have that option.

Deborah Ducane hung up on me. She called me so she has my #. She never called back so she simply could care less to help. She admits there is a problem and simply too lazy to help or fix it. Incredibly terrible customer service.

If i could rate them 0 stars i would.the operators talk over you, and noone there seems to be able to do thier jobs in any manor manor what.this is not how you treat medical patients or anyone for that matter.i hope mayo clinic and its affiliates stop using the services of these incompetant paper pushers.
