I wanted to ask a question about an item and ask where do I stand to check-out they acted like I had skipped line then send me off to get behind a lady who is still shopping herself. I got so irate I wanted to close the place early I had my grandkids with me that's the only reason I didn't, you not my momma cashier don't tell at me, I hate that. So I just left the clothing there it's probably fake anyway like the cashier from head to toe FAKE but someone has told her she cute

I enjoyed going into Cititrends. I wish they have big girls stuff in stock at times. Its a nice store for everyone. I did get some nice shoes from there but my shirt was too small for an x-large

It's not my preference but for those who have kids & looking to value their money & get more bang for their buck i advise you to shop at city trends.

I love the employees they are very nice and helpful but the clothes need to be tagged over I bought a shirt that said large that I couldn't fit it should've said small cause my sister that wears a medium couldn't fit it either

Store clerks are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Great deals and selections for the entire family!

They didn't have much in the women's section. There was much to choose from in Men's and Kids though. I still like Citi Trends. They'll see me browsing again soon.

Good Good customer service. Pleasant personalities, and didn't mind doing there job. I wanted to tip them. I just left and I luv when you go in a store in a majority black neighborhood and the customer service is good. I appreciate that!

Call this location in the associate could not even take the time to look for an item for me. Poor customer service

First of all I am not the let's go shopping type of guy, shopping is the last thing I like to think about. Although I recently put on some gains so I needed to size up my wardrobe. So I'm looking for the latest fashions and at a reasonable price, Citi Trends just so happens to be there at the top of my list for the go-to spot. Quality clothing and accessories at great prices.

1st time in there and got the best customer service ever out that mall. The young ladies were on point and helpful to everyone needs in the store.

I absolutely love the trendy, fashionable styles of clothing for all ages that they have here. The pricing is pretty decent too. I found a pair of Nauticas for $20 for my 7 year old and pants for $10 each. If you and your family like to dress hip-hoppish/street/stylish or keep up with what's hot in black fashion, turning heads, then this place is for you! Then only downfall is that this store can't seem to keep up with the demand for kids shoes.
