Citi Trends, Conyers GA

I have been to this location 2xs and every time the older black lady with the short cut has a nasty attitude. She don’t need to work with ppl with that attitude. I’m definitely never going back to this location.

I always have a good visit, very organized a big selection, clearance items galore, sales on everything

Very light selection, fitting rooms closed off, only 1 person running the store, if you wanted to try on clothing, you must purchase it and take home to try it, bring the clothing back to the store if it don't fit. This is the store on route 138

Complete waste of my time.
They refused to return a product when nowhere saying it in store. Ridiculous.
Bad customer service.

It is exciting to have stores to help us all. When the pay check are so small and the prices in the others stores are so expensive. Thank Again

I am not one to leave bad reviews because everyone is entitled to a bad day. However, the manager of this location is going to run this company in the ground with her unprofessionalism. This store definitely needs a new manager.

The head manager with the bald head is as rude as they come. God knew what he was doing by not placing me in this place to work. Be careful with her she is a nasty attitude old lady! People like that don't deserve service. I will NEVER COME BACK! Sticking with covington store.

I recently visited this location. Respectively the atmosphere behind the counter was a little unpleasant. I did recognize that I was not the reason for the unpleasantness. I was exchanging a shirt and a pack of socks that were obviously still connected by the plastic attachment that held them together. I had a valid receipt and I just assumed that since the socks were still in sellable form, there would be no qualms. There was a bit of some back and forth between the manager and I, about the socks. I purchased the socks at a different location which was not a big deal. At 1st the manager refused to let me exchange the socks. Her not knowing at 50 yrs old, I've got over 35 yrs of sales and retail experience, 7 yrs of management, and loss prevention under my belt. I know what quality merchandise should be in when an exchange or return is in order. I have no animosity nor I'll will toward anyone in the store. As the atmosphere became a little more pleasant, manager considered my exchange. She sent her associate to retrieve the same or similar pack of socks to initiate the return. In my opinion, this should have happened in the beginning and I would be able to give 5 stars on this review. Some forget that customer service is about giving a service to the best of your ability. Many in sales and retail present an attitude so uncomfortable that it makes difficult to shop. Many of us are afraid to approach sales clerks in fear of the backslash that comes about when needing assistance. In the near future I will visit this location again and pray that my experience will be pleasantly, and pleasingly different so I can change these 3 stars to 5.

Only wish I could give - on the stars location was to open at 10: 00am yet at 10: 43am door isn’t unlocked. When store was called employee stated technical difficulties. Would possibly be open in an hour, no note in door window to alert customers. Very inexcusable. Drove 45mins to this store one way.

Was at this location this weekend the manager does not have customer service skills. I don't plan to shop here again she don't know what to say to the customers very disrespectful an rude Its not expected from a older mature lady.

Okay so my incounter at Citi Trends was good both times. Greeted me and my daughter when we walked in. I was hesitant to go here, because of the reviews. But a young lady name Joanni was really respectful and nice. Maybe if they get more people like her, the reviews will get better.

Horrible place to shop & work. The assistant Taneshia should be the Store Manager. She’s more professional & cares more about the customers. I would choose Stonecrest over this location any day

Found some pretty good stuff however it was kind of bare maybe due to season change not surebut yea it was ok
