Citi Trends, Douglasville GA

I love citi trends they have the sizes for everybody including plus size and don't discriminate and I love the clothes and styles and the hooded stylish sweatsuits i just don't like the tight scrunched bottom of the sweatpants i like the wide leg sweatpants and loose fit they need to have sweatpants more like those

Good shoes even better they have stuff for the whole family, their clearance rack has nice clothes for a a low price

Poor Customer Service. I realized a jacket I purchased here a week prior still had the sensor attached. Upon returning today with the jacket & reciept they were extremely rude. I manager is the worse.

I LIKE MOST OF THE STUFF THEY SELL, BUT YOU BETTER GET THERE QUICK CAUSE WHEN IT'S GONE, IT'S GONE.

I shop at CITITRENDS for years and this store location has to be the worst customer service I have ever seen. It's like in order to work here you have to have a bad attitude. When I ask questions about items it's as if I'm bothering the staff they are not helpful at all! Don't waste your money here there are plenty other places to shop. Rainbow clothing store is not that far away and it is better and the staff is welcoming.

It wasas a great store except the clothes were for extra large women. I didn't find to many to fit my size of med/large. But it was very neat and clean and the personnel were very friendly. It was laid out well in sections for men, boys, children etc. But I didn't see signs for the women's sections. Or I just missed them. Anyway excellent prices.

Who ever shops for the Douglasville location, needs to be fired. This store is giving simply fashion from early 2000s. Beauty supply stores has better clothing choices than this location. That’s saying a lot because beauty supply stores do not have much clothing. The best thing about this location are the people who work here && the different miscellaneous items but no to the clothing.

Considering it being the Holidays the store was very well organized and the customer service was on point.

Not crowded. Dressing rooms are shut down though for whatever reason. Not alot of female clothes to pick from though.just men's.

Not bad at all… they actually a lot of clothes here and the female was nice enough to find me some tank tops for my daughter…

I love citi trends and go to the Marietta location so had to try this location when I was in the area visiting loved ones. I took my best friend to this location and it was good. They had an awesome selection and it was organized.

We stood in line on 10/11 for 15 minutes where the cashier talked to the customers about fried chicken and food. She had no care in the world for the other customers that were standing in long line in disbelief. Horrible customer service. She needs to be retrained.

There were no sizes for my greatgrandson to choose from in the men department. I would have purchased more than the jacket.

Love this store! Not only are the staff so very friendly & helpful but the variety of merchandise is unbelievable vast. Combined alongside the pricing & layaway option availability year round? There is no reason not to stop in anyday of the week

Really good prices here and a wide variety of clothes accessories and fun bling jewelry! Huge selection here and finding clothes at low prices is the top priority here!

Try to use the rest room in here and they all wanna say it's out of order or employee only that's quit rude when in spending money here so there for I put my stuff back and the employees where very rude I will be reporting them and will never be back in this dumb ever again
