Was very nice and saved my laptop! Went to another place and they almost ruined my laptop. Ms. Anna was so nice and she recovered my lost files and fixed the problems the other store made. I recommend this place hands down. Very credible and thoroughly explained everything that went wrong with my laptop before. Very good service!

I bought a lap top from the people brand new and it didn't work. I went back up there and Than i was sold a terrible pcu and they charged me almost 300 for a old CPU and all they did was upgrade it. I asked them before I left is it enough space on here to do what I had to do and they said yes. I told them I don't want to buy it if it doesn't have the space I need to handle my business they told me I was good. I got a computer expert over here and he told me that I was over charged and this CPU is worth 100 dollars. They sold me some bull.and over charged me. I download 2 things and now it's moving slow than a turtle. I'll never spend my money with y'all agian.they also sold me a monitor cord that didn't work and they made me pay 15 dollars fog it. I will report yall

Very unprofessional and rude. Took 2weeks for them to fix a lose charging port. Now all of a sudden my charger is broken as well. Will not be returning to this place. Owner was very argumentative about the problem. It's a shame.
