AMAZING service. I scheduled to have some built ins put in around my fireplace in the living room and from the very first meeting with Jacquline to discuss all possible options to the final product, the service and results were outstanding. Anyone that is thinking of getting any sort of work done with them will not be disappointed whatsoever.

Closet factory is a great resource for custom closets. Nicole was nice and thorough in her design, keeping in mind our requirements and space limitations.

Excellent service from Jacquline D.and Closet Factory! We had used other closet installation services before but this was by far the best! Jacquline was wonderful to work with. She's very competent and patient and helped guide us in our decisions to achieve the best end result. Not only did Closet Factory revamp our master closet, but we called them back to do our linen closet and pantry.
The materials and workmanship far surpassed what we had installed in our other home. Plus the final price was actually less than another company who was advertising 40% off!

As a disaster repair company, we search for quality companies for our restoration business. A client of mine who had suffered a loss in her condominium and in need of new organizers was desperate as she had an upcoming function in her home. All that I called were 4-6 weeks out to even look at the job. In my effort to expedite the renovation, I called Closet Factory. I was promptly assigned Nicole Burdett as my designer who helped me re-create the closet from a minimal amount of information, measurements and pictures and within a few weeks, it was installed by 2 very detailed and attentive craftsmen. The owner was VERY pleased as was I. They will be my “go to” whenever I need that type of service. ️️️️️!
