While I was initially very pleased with the service I got from Clout, it turns out that when there was a problem, it took months to get it resolved. During installation they caused a condensation leak in my downstairs neighbor’s condo costing them hundreds of dollars to repair. The Clout representative said they would reimburse the neighbor for those expenses but it took many many phone calls (my calls often went unreturned) over several months before they actually did

Extremely poor customer service and on the verge of being dishonest. I had my new heating system installed in Jan 2023 and had agreement that included 2 Years of free maintenance and 12 years of warranty on labour. When I called to schedule my annual maintenance, I was told that the company was bought out and the new owner is unwilling to honor the agreement that was agreed upon with the previous management. They want to charge an additional $240 to start a new agreement for annual maintenance, it's not the customers fault the company changed hands but the new owners should have done some due diligence before the purchase of the business on existing contracts and honored them as part of being a better business and provid good customer service. I am going to report this to BBB and will never use or recommend their services to anyone.

The entire "Clout" team did an excellent job in replacing my entire HVAC system. They also replaced my entire attic duct system which definitely helped with the air flow throughout my residence.

I have been dealing with HVAC Issues for the last 5 years at my business and had many companies come out and check with no one figuring out what the main cause of clogs, Ac shut and the list goes on. Delroy & Chris were very professional but also kept me informed of everything they found (and even dummied it down for me to understand) Great service and also great communication!
