Cochran Furniture Co. Inc., Ringgold GA

I have heard about this furniture store snd wanted to visit it for some time. We were passing by one day and decided to stop and visit.

The store is nice, large, and on one level. We were comfortable strolling through the store and seeing what was available.

We stopped and talked to a nice lady about what we were looking for. Though the store’s contents did not match what we were seeking, the lady provided information on how she could help us order what we needed when we are ready (we are moving to a new house in the Fall).

We will revisit after we get settled into our new house.

Probably the best prices for furniture in the Chattanooga area, plus very friendly Ringgold workers. Can't go wrong with this place, so always check with them before you buy elsewhere.

Lovely employees and very large selection. Definitely a go-to for that Southern rustic look. Had some really cool unique pieces. Drawback for me was lack of variety as far as style and everything is marked clearance which ended up feeling like a sales ploy.

Cochran Furniture does an incredible job. Their product is quality and they have a very professional and friendly delivery team. All around a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend

Mathew is very knowledgeable about his products. If he had not intervened in my visit (which clearly bothered the sales person I was working with & they proceeded to act unprofessional throughout the remainder of our interaction) I would have never found the bedroom set I was looking for and would have purchased else where. I went back a different day to place my order specifically to do business with Mathew due to his professionalism and product knowledge. The delivery experience was disappointing. I paid my remaining balance as agreed before delivery once I was advised the set was in. I asked for a call before arrival which did not happen. When they arrived they were missing the night stand which was not disclosed when I paid my balance & the delivery team didn’t know how to put the slats in my bed frame (that were incorrect slats from the manufacturer) and hid them under the bed for me to find later. After multiple phones calls a temporary fix was able to be made to the wrong slats. But had I not noticed, that would have damaged my brand new mattress. Another month of ME calling the store asking for updates on my slats and where my night stand was. I was often given an answer of “were really busy”. I felt very much like a bother to the store despite having paid a significant amount of money and having no idea when I’d receive my product. A simple courtesy call with an update could have changed this whole experience. I’m torn between recommending them or not recommending them because Matthew is very knowledgeable. Ultimately I finally have my bedroom set and the quality is great. It is exactly what I ordered. But the initial sales interaction before Matthew stepped in was incredibly unprofessional & and the delivery process was terrible.
