Setting up an appointment was easy, and the gentlemen showed up to do our duct cleaning timely and as expected. They were courteous and answered any questions we had and even helped us put in new vent covers that we previously purchased. They sanitized and cleaned up once the job was finished and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend their services!

I got charged $120 to hear COMFORT AIR PROFESSIONAL TECH say we don't know what the problem is.

After trying these people who are so called professional and getting rip off I try a handy my cousin knew and to my surprise this man came and fix my system them charged me $50 i gave him $100.

Comfort Air always provide superior service. I received routine maintenance on my A/C unit and my drain line was replaced. George G.was professional and very knowledgeable about A/C units and the service provided. He even noticed while doing maintenance and checking my thermostat that the wires inside were left too long and tidy them up. I appreciate the added value that Comfort Air and their technicians always provide. I truly feel valued as a customer.

Comfort Heating & Air has performed repair and annual maintenance since I had water overflow. Recently, my thermostat was hit by lightening and they obtained a new controller for me under warranty even bough I could not provide warranty info and AC was not purchased from them. They go above and beyond. On time, professional and high quality work!

Technician came out to do my routine maintenance on my units. I love that this company sends me a text of which technician and the time of when he is enroute to my home. Will Snipes was on time performed all inspections and shared pertinent information with me. He is very customer friendly, honest, and respectful! I highly recommend Comfort Air for any of your HVAC needs!

Their team came over and addressed an issue we were experiencing with our HVAC systems. They were on time courteous and profession. Best of all they were affordable.

Technician arrived on time, within 10 minutes diagnosed that my unit's capacitor had failed. He advised that the service call was $45 and the diagnostic cost was an additional $80, of which I had no problem. He then advised that the total cost of the repair would be $335. So I asked, is the charge for a capacitor $210? ! He said, "I don't know". Note, this part can be ordered or purchased locally for about $30. He further advised that he would repair a loose condensation line that was observed during the service call/diagnostic, but left in such haste that he failed to correct it also. Being a businessman myself, I understand overhead and profit, but as a business practice this borders on price gouging - a short term profit and no long term gain. To than end, I purchased a capacitor locally and installed it myself in less than 10 minutes.

George was awesome! Extremely polite. He even went under the house to inspect the duct work to see if it could be relocated. It can not. BUT, if I need any future work done I will definitely call them, again! Thank you George!
